This hotel is situated in the heart of Marrakech, and in the immediate vicinity of the Jemaa el-Fna Square which abounds with souks, restaurants, food stalls and cafes. Places of interest and landmarks are plentiful such as the El Badi Palace, Ourika Valley and the Jardin Majorelle. Visitors can also enjoy a relaxing drive in the local caleche, horse drawn carriages. Facilities include two outdoor pools, one is heated in winter, clay tennis court and a spa offering a variety of massages, treatments and therapies. There are three restaurants including one serving Indian food and two bars, one in the lobby and one by the pool. .The rooms are all spacious and attractively furnished in a contemporary style with Arabic details. They have balconies or terraces with pool or garden views, air-conditioning and satellite television. Some have whirlpool baths.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Third visit to this hotel and we were welcomed like family. A few changes since we last visit, with the towel station now being a bar - this works really well. Fourad and Taha on this bar were excellent at keeping us hydrated during our stay.
Mohammed, Mo (Simo), Ahmed continued with excellent service as previously. New staff such as Karim and Kamal on the bars in the evening were also amazing. Lemon Fanta had been taken off the menu, previously our regular drink was gin and lemon Fanta, so the lads on the bar came up with a workaround for us, when they did not have to.
Imad on pool bar always made an effort to wave and say hello despite us not getting drinks from that bar.
It was amazing to see that Abdellah who was previously a cleaner in the restaurant, is now working in guest service and doing an amazing job. And great to see that staff can be promoted within the hotel.
Amine in the restaurant was as helpful as ever, along with Zaha (? Spelling) on breakfast and lunch. Always greeted with a smile.
Hafsa on the msemen and omelette station always ensured we were served with a smile despite language barriers on our part.
While we were there, there was a change in the cocktail menu, despite not drinking cocktails regularly, I did like an occasional pina colada, however the new one did not contain rum and did not appear to be a normal Pina colada but something fancy.
Love this hotel and will definitely be returning next year.
We went for 2 weeks at this resort- Good things - very friendly hard working staff Clean rooms Entertainment was ok -shame repeated it on second week . Close to souks to walk to Food - breakfast and lunch good but shame about dinner abit too same every night . Lovely lattes/ iced coffees in cofffee shop Comfortable rooms À la carte restaurant was the best ! Michael Jackson was brilliant …
Not so good things / Having to get up early to get a sun lounger round the pool if you wait pass 7 am they are all gone ! - staff do not remove towels like they say they do if are unattended for more that 90 mins
cocktail menu - they changed it , end of first week to not so nice cocktails and no mocktails - never been to a hotel with such limited cocktails- how on earth can you change a piña colada recipe it has rum in not vodka!
Buffet - evening food to much of the same especially like us we stayed for 2 weeks . The gala was a bit of a let down nothing special - we been to other TUI blues when they do fancy pre cocktails that not on the menu , and the buffet wasn’t by the pool like it’s saids ! It just same evening buffet .
Rooms could do with an update
And why no fizzy drinks or beers in mini fridges I thought that was. TUI blue perk as always had it TUI blues we stayed at . Just water !
It was a lovely holiday and what makes it special is the hardworking staff that why people keep going back , we wouldn’t go back again . But was a brilliant holiday
Everything beyond our dreams and there will never be enough words to describe all of your kindness and friendliness. Out of this world.
This is a lovely hotel. All the staff are great. They are happy to help and very friendly. The food is lovely with plenty to choose from. Never a problem finding a sunbed, no need to get up early. The hotel is kept spotless. Special shout out to Zahira and Fatima in the restaurant who served us every morning and lunch time. To be honest you could name all the staff though. Evening entertainment is fun. We had a lovely relaxing week here.
It's PERFECT.... if you are looking for a place full of British tourists who lock themselves into an all-inclusive hotel to eat and drink themselves silly after having reserved their sun longers at 8 am. Many rooms have terrible views onto walls or giant pipes or rooftops (choose wisely) and the two we had were not particularly clean. Buffet is OK, staff are fairly friendly. But zero interest in solving any of your problems when they already have your money. Great waste of a magnificent garden and prime location.
