The beautiful building of this property is reminiscent of the classical oriental architecture style and immediately transports its guests to a bygone era of elegance and comfort. Located in the central area of Marrakech it is just a 15-minute walk from the lavish Royal palace, which took around a quarter of a century to build, and the central Jamaâ el Fna Square - a must for anyone who wants to explore the local culture. For dining guests shouldn't have to go any further than the in-house restaurant, which besides it delicious Moroccan dishes also offers Italian and French cuisine, and all of this can be enjoyed al fresco style on the terrace while admiring the panoramic city views. Those who want to feel really pampered can visit the spa and wellness centre, where a wide variety of procedures and facilities are available to help them relax and restore their energy and well-being.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Great place - rooftop pool is a winner!
I will start with the positives: This hotel is in a great location - everything is nearby this includes the main square, restaurants, casinos and historical monuments. The hotel is beautiful and has a real luxury feel, the rooms are spacious and because there is less rooms it feels a bit more exclusive. They have a fabulous breakfast and the staff in the mornings were lovely. Especially Nasima who we met every morning. The rooftop pool is something I would go back for especially if I visit Marrakech again - 10/10 service and the food was also great. The hotel staff are lovely and the manager at night was a lovely chap. Whilst we didn't get an upgrade - they still gave me a birthday treat in the hotel room as well as the rooftop bar when we went. Honestly I would stay here again - even the staff outside opening and closing the doors said hello every time and asked about our day. One of them wished me a happy birthday when I mentioned it was my birthday.. super friendly and attentive. The spa is also great and I loved the indoor pool too. The housekeeping staff were so attentive and cleaned our room so well and even organised our things neatly - this was impressive!
Now the negatives: The rooftop staff in the evening honestly need to get it together and be kinder to hotel guests and people who are visiting. The first night the waitress who took my order mistook me saying and fries for it being swapped for fries- okay fine its loud there it can happen. But then she started to debate me on how I was wrong and it's my fault. She blamed me constantly and it really put a bad taste in my mouth because I do not expect this service from such an expensive and exclusive hotel and rooftop restaurant. My flight the day before was already delayed by 6 hours so I was so tired and just wanted to have a nice evening at the rooftop! I did complain to the manager in the evening in the hotel itself but not sure what happened there.
They also messed up our booking for the poolside table for my actual birthday even though we checked with hotel reception and went up to the rooftop in the day to book. Another waitress made us sit elsewhere and not by the pool. Afterwards when my husband expressed his disappointment the rooftop manager moved us and apologised and gave a birthday dessert for free too. So this was great..
I think this would be better if the staff at night were nicer and more attentive - because in the day we were treated so well!! Especially to guests - if we are a priority we should be treated as such and not argued with and being made to feel small!!!
One last thing - our bathroom sink had a weird smell too.
But again I will go back to stay again and I hope they just learn from the feedback I have given.
An Exceptional Stay at Nobu Marrakech
Our stay at Nobu Marrakech was truly exceptional, and what made it so special was, above all, the people. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. A very special thank you to the wonderful team at reception, who were always so warm, kind and attentive. A special mention to Youssef at the front desk, whose professionalism, kindness and beautiful attitude made every interaction a pleasure. And of course, our lovely Nassima whose warmth and sweetness made us feel truly at home. ❤️ We would also like to thank Ieman, the rooftop manager, for his professionalism and for making our time at the rooftop so enjoyable. Every member of the team contributed to making our stay memorable. The attention to detail, genuine hospitality and warmth of the staff are what truly make Nobu Marrakech special. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back. 🤍
Stylish Boutique Hotel with Exceptionally warm Staff!
The Nobu Hotel Marrakech is in a fantastic exclusive location which is also close to Jemel Fna Square and walkable when not too hot!
The hotel is small but has everything you could possibly need. I had booked 3 Suites for my family of 5 and as we booked the VIP Package we were upgraded on each Suite to the one bedroom Suite and the complimentary early check in and check out was honoured on 2! This helped get out trip to a great start as we were only there a few days and we were able to make the most of our time.
We booked the hotels transfer for 300MAD and this took out all the stress for us. The driver was waiting and whisked us away in a Mercedes Vito and provided cold water.
I had excellent pre arrival communication with Guest Relations Manager Khadija and also on our arrival where we were warmly met by her with drinks and hot towels. She also arranged treats for my daughter in law's birthday and other celebrations which helped make our stay special and ensured all our Suites were together!
All the Suites were huge and nicely laid out with all the amenities. The Clarins products were a lovely touch. There was ample wardrobe space and the extra toilet was very useful. If I were to give some feedback it would be that the sliding doors separating the living room from the bedroom didn't work properly and that the Air Con in one Suite was not working properly but other than than that the Suites were truly lovely!!
A special shout out to the Duty Manger Hassan who checked in with me a couple of times a day to ensure we were happy. This made everything feel very personable and we felt like home! We actually didn't want to leave! Hassan is mage for the hospitality industry and will go very far!
The meal at Nobu as was the love singer were exceptional and the birthday fruit/dessert platter for my daughter in law made for a very special evening! Thank you Nobu and Khadija and Hassan for arranging this!
Food at Lobby Bites was good but expensive
Food at Rooftop was delicious and it was nice you could order by the pool or sit down at the tables to eat. The roof top had wonderful views if the Atlas Mountains and Khatobia Mosque and it was very stylish. During the day it had a very zen bougie feel. In the evenings, it was a party atmosphere. Not my scene, but I saw many a happy group go up and down so they must have enjoyed it. The music as some people have previously written could be heard in the background but we were able to tolerate it.
Please pass on a special thanks to Huria and Najma who cleaned our Suites to an extremely high standard everyday. I like the spotless feel and they literally put everything away and my Suite looked amazing. One of my son's is messy and even his Suite looked spotless everyone I sent! I have stayed in some of the best 5 Star hotels in the world and the housekeeping here was some of the best. The turndown service at a time to suit you, epitomises a true 5 Star hotel and it's always my preference. The chocolate/ dates and water were a very nice touch!
My biggest thanks goes to Nasima the Breakfast Manager! She was truly exceptional in the way she looked after us! Everything from remembering our extensive drinks orders to staging special tables, to running around making sure we had everything for a delicious breakfast was amazing. Nasima's colleagues Fathallah Touil and Shaffiya would never let us lift a finger and brought all our food out and our juices. It made us feel special, at home and it is these types of touches than can really elevate a holiday from great service to unbelievable incredible service and makes your want to come back again!

We had such a wonderful experience at Nobu Marrakech. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service genuinely exceeded my expectations.
We stayed for my birthday, and it was such a great place to celebrate. The hotel is gorgeous, with multiple pools and a beautiful rooftop that quickly became one of my favorite parts of the property. The location is also excellent and made it easy to enjoy Marrakech while still feeling like we had a relaxing escape to come back to.
Even the room service was incredible, which says a lot about the level of care and consistency throughout our stay. Between the food, service, rooftop, pools, atmosphere, and location, I really enjoyed my experience here.
Such a beautiful place to spend a birthday in Marrakech. I would absolutely stay again.
