Perfect stay
I had debated whether booking this hotel or the Nobu Hotel (I have Hilton Honors elite status) nearby. I ended up choosing this hotel because of the beautiful Atlas Mountain View suite, which was beautiful, though the Atlas mountain was not visible during my stay. The whole hotel is modern but with beautiful traditional Moroccan touches. Service was top notch.

Exceptional Dining Experience at the Sofitel
Imane and jalal and soufiyan A wonderful dining experience at the Sofitel. The setting is beautiful, with a relaxed, elegant ambience and lovely outdoor dining.
Service was excellent throughout—attentive, warm and professional without being intrusive. The food was exquisite, beautifully presented, full of flavour and clearly prepared with great care.
From atmosphere to food and service, everything was superb.

poor handling of a disrespectful and discourteous situation
We paid for a Sofitel Marrakech experience and did not receive it. During our stay we were asked to leave the pool area by a manager; the hotel later offered only extended checkout and flowers as remediation. While kind, those gestures were insufficient and unprofessional given the incident. We respect their decision about no refund, but we will not return nor recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Delicious Food & Exceptional Service!
We had a wonderful experience at L’Orangerie! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service made the experience even better. A special thank you to Kabir, Hassan, Ziyou, and Iman, and Soufaine for providing such excellent service. They were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal.
If you’re looking for delicious food paired with outstanding service, L’Orangerie is a must! I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning.
