Chilled & Relaxing
If you are after a relaxing and chilled vibe, this hotel is for you.
Aesthetically pleasing, and unbelievably relaxing, perfect if you want to get away and chill.
Rooms are good, we had a family room which was very spacious and clean.
Hotel staff are friendly and always willing to help when needed.
A few things that I’d say they need to look into, to take them to the next level.
Al a carte restaurants are always booked, there needs to be a system where it allows everyone who is staying at the hotel a chance to book. Rather than being full from the moment you check in. We were here for 3 nights, and never got the opportunity to try either.
Buffet food is good, but could do with better labelling as some staff are unsure what is being offered.
Animation team are good during the day and keep you entertained. The downfall is at the evening entertainment. It was poor. Having stayed at a few hotels in Marrakech, I think this is by far the worst for the evening entertainment.
It's very amaturest, which let's the hotel down considering how nice it is. They should look to out source the entertainment, and let the animation team do the fun stuff during the day.
The bar inside the hotel, is amazing, the barman (Reduane) makes the best cocktails, and clearly is very talented. If there is an opportunity for him to take it to the next level - give him that chance.
Overall a great stay and a good getaway for a few days.
We would come back and stay again.
Another fantastic holiday
This was our 5th visit to Sol Oasis and and again we had a fantastic holiday with lots of fun and laughter. Everyone working at the hotel is so friendly and helpful, from the check in to the bar staff, waiters in the restaurant and of course the amazing entertainment team. Special mentions to Hafsa, Fifi, Hamza, Khalil, Osama, Zac, Dounia, Ali, Aziz, Mohammed, Itaf and Soufienne. The shows were brilliant. The rooms were always cleaned beautifully. The food and drinks were delicious. We had a lovely massage in the spa. I had my birthday while I was there and everyone made it special with a lovely cake and beautifully decorated room. Thank you for giving us another lovely holiday and more wonderful memories. Can't wait until we come back in January!

Very enjoyable stay, 5/5
Our second stay at Sol Oasis Marrakesh and it did not disappoint! Fantastic atmosphere and food and great entertainment. The entertainment team were especially great, and a special thank you to Alibaba for being so welcoming and kind to us for the entire trip.
