Amazing stay
Nestled right in the heart of the city, this hotel delivers a masterclass in five-star luxury with its stunning design, pristine facilities, and plush, impeccably clean rooms. The culinary options were phenomenal, offering vibrant flavors and an exceptional breakfast spread each morning, all while being perfectly located near the top attractions. What truly elevated the experience, however, was our host Samira—her genuine warmth, brilliant local insights, and flawless attention to detail made us feel exceptionally well cared for. It’s rare to find a property where world-class elegance meets such authentic heart, and thanks to Samira and the incredible team, we are already planning our return!
A hidden gem
An absolute paradise. Highly recommended as an expat who wants a less tourist feel but not completely secluded. Every single staff went above and beyond. Our street was next to a little Medina and a hidden mall-style store. The villa was quaint and perfect for a grounded experience in Marrakech. We had scrubs, massages, jacuzzis, and swimming. Absolutely a thrill.

WOW! 10/10 recommend! This is a beautiful place but what made the stay even more amazing was the very attentive staff. They truly made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we needed and more. They went above and beyond. Plus the hotel itself is gorgeous, comfy bed and pillows, and wonderful breakfast. We also loved the spa and pool.

A wonderful place to stay. Staff are attentive, welcoming, helpful, kind, warm people who make you genuinely feel like this is your “second home”. The room was spacious, clean, and anything we needed was immediately seen to (like another fan because us Brits feel the heat!) The pool and rooftop areas are both really lovely calm places to sit away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Marrakech souks; it always felt like a peaceful sanctuary to come home to when we had ventured out. I can not fault the stay, the staff, or the surroundings. Wonderful!

Beautiful and serene stay at lovely Villa Makassar
What a hidden gem! Our family enjoyed four days at beautiful Villa Makassar: a calm and serene oasis on the edge of the Medina. Great location and incredibly attentive staff (Ali, Jalila, Ismael, Zak, Ibrahim and many other kind and efficient folks), at this charmingly beautiful art deco ryad with all the amenities: pool, rooftop with jacuzzi, spa, hammam, and excellent restaurant. Wonderful vibe! Wish we could have stayed longer.
