A Lovely Beachfront Stay with Great Service and Vibes
I really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel is aesthetically pleasing, room is clean and bed is comfortable. The food is nice, the employees are personable and friendly and the entertainment employees create a fun atmosphere. Amazing location on the beach too!!
Awesome
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! ❤️ The food was really good, with plenty of choice, and the pool was fantastic. Everything was clean, tidy and well looked after.
The entertainment team were brilliant and really made our stay even more enjoyable. Our whole family had such a great time and there was something for everyone to enjoy.
Overall, everything was awesome from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back again!
Not as expected
Good location, close to promenade and beach.
Check in. Arrived early room not available, had to change into pool clothes in the toilet. Returned at 2pm to get room key, extremely busy as most people were there to get there keys. It was like a weartherspoon bar, people were not getting their keys on the order they were waiting. Also a smile would of been nice from the staff.
Hotel decor and public areas were nice, restaurants food had good variety but hit and miss on food temperature.
Bars. Pool and beach bar were good. Plastic glass for all drinks.
Lobby bar. Open from 5pm till 11pm, all drinks served in Plastic glasses or paper cup. This is extremely poor for a 4* hotel bar.
However if you paid for drinks you were given a real glass. WHY. Also they allowed smoking inside, which was very unpleasant, as it wasn't in a segregated area.
Pool, doors locked to pool area until 09.00am , people queuing from at least 08.30am and we watched as mad scramble to get beds started (laughable Brits again).
Observed during our stay , All Inclusive getting hammered again by lots of guests and volume of conversations getting louder as day went on by drunken guests.
Not enjoyable.
Rooms. We had to change our room straight away as we found our bathroom door was damaged and would not close, they had also put us in a adjoining room with a connecting door and could hear everything from the other room.
Value. They say you get what you pay for, and this is definitely the case at this hotel. I would rate it a 3* . Not 4*.
Staff were quite pleasant and helpful most of the time.
Would we return. No sorry.

Lovely Holiday Fantastic value
we were unsure about Morocco as a holiday resort but It exceeded all expectations. the majority of the staff were so friendly and helpful. (one male not so smiley on front desk ) The food was plentiful and it was good to try so many different things from the Tagine. The rooms are spotlessly clean as is the hotel. I will most definitely return to this hotel
