We booked this holiday regardless of the reviews as every hotel deserves the benifit of the doubt but I have to say avoid at all costs . I’m not one for writing bad reviews but to be honest I was in tears from the moment we were given our room. On arrival reception demand the resort tax fair enough we were advised about this and had been told the amount on arrival they demand double and make you pay cash not card . Rooms - very dated run down and beds broken door fell off whilst we were getting in nearly hitting our three year old staff who was there wasn’t interested. Balcony door broken doesn’t lock not good with a severely autistic 3 year old that climbs etc. informed staff about broken bed they came to room threw mattress on floor and said the child can sleep on floor for a week . Not what we paid for. Complained to live holidays who were not interested . Again went to management and told nothing they could do. Have pictures will upload once investigation is over .

Food- not as advertised breakfast 6-10 Lunch 1230-230 Snacks start at 230 but don’t expect to be served and once food is all gone they close snack bar so it’s open max 30 mins to hour as everyone goes there as food in restaurant is not the best .

Kids really struggled and having a neourodivers child was harder than normal as usually we find something but eating bread and cold pasta all week was not the best.

Pool- small but plenty of beds kids lived swimming although water turned costumes and their hair green again photo evidence will be uploaded and was reported to management just to be told my children aged 14 and 3 must have been rolling around in the grass to get like that . No grass by pool areas and my daughters don’t like the sensation of grass due to being neurodiverse so this is untrue. Again live holidays not interested as hotel management say it’s the children’s fault for touching the grass . How this can turn the the inside of costumes green god only knows .

Bars - have one bar in reception and pool bar. Staff work tirelessly to ensure everyone is served and yes it was manic yes you do wait a long time and yes it’s all poured from bottles but they are doing their best. Be warned everything is served in flimsy plastic cups so take your own even for beers . We took the kids insulated bottles after reading the reviews and the staff had no issue filling these . Hibby even brought a point glass and the happily filled it so best advise is take your own cups .

The hotel has so much potential but for customers with young children sleeping in unsafe rooms with balcony’s that their doors don’t lock fills me with dread. For the money we paid you would say that’s what we deserve but people work hard for a holiday and we tried to make the best of a bad situation but live holidays need to investigate how safe this hotel is .

Management if the hotel demand money if you want to be moved , need anything and be careful if they feel you haven’t tipped enough they stand in the room refusing to move when helping with bags my husband gave him &20 for helping and wouldn’t leave till he had more .

This hotel definitely needs to be updated and safety measure put in place and if you travel with holidays I would seriously consider looking elsewhere where .

location was close the beach, Didnt go there often as we were 2 young women got harassed every time we left the hotel, no bars outside the hotel without creepy men(not surprising) food was disgusting we just ate pasta or chips everyday or bought our own food, rooms were also gross, bathroom door kept falling off the whole time we were there and balcony door couldnt lock, Over all not good for young people trying to have a fun night good for benefit britain as that is what its filled with. ( also unable to get a drink at the bar at night as theres only one tiny bar open and it gets packed so even though its all inclusive we just drunk our own drinks)

Why is this hotel even on Love Holidays? This hotel should just close, 100% disappointed. Please avoid. My kids cried as we all couldn't believe what we were seeing. However, kudos to the lady who was at the reception her name is Fatima Mansouri I think, she really tried getting us something okay-ish.
