Not the best
The location was good and the staff were friendly, The accommodation was terrible and very dated, our room I don’t believe was cleaned at all and no fresh linens or towels all week. The room smelt of pigeon poo as there was a nest out outside our one window so could not open the curtain, the balcony was under due to pigeon poo again. There did seem to be some maintenance taking place in the out door areas. The food and drink options were very limited it was very repetitive and we gave up eating there except for breakfast. We did book a cheap get away and I guess got what we paid for but it felt in clean but I would not recommend or go back to this hotel again.
Avoid if you value your health
Appalling! I've never stayed in anywhere so filthy there was spit and urine up the wall in the toilet doors in bathroom and toilet wouldn't close Black mould on back of all the doors in the room and when I complained receptionist told me the room was the best in the complex and it had been refurbished within the last 2 months my husband refused to hang his clothes up they stayed in the suitcase All the plates were greasy in the eating areas we had to eat out for all our meals An adult pood in the pool and the attendant scooped it out with a fishing net
Good hotel, you get what you pay for
Oh well what can I say, maybe spend a little more money next holiday I can't comment on the location as I didn't leave the resort being a solo female traveller, however, I was told the beach was a 15 mins walk. The whole hotel is very dated, i know they are renovating the restaurant so hopefully the rooms will be next. Many people I spoke to did NOT have air conditioning (I was one of the lucky ones). There was no fridge in the room, however, there were plenty of water fountains around the resort so you could always get cold water. There was also no kettle in the room, on arrival (23:00) I asked reception and she advised that they had a kettle if I wanted a drink so I went to my room, took my cup and a teabag with me back to reception to be asked where my water was, very strange. My room was cleaned and my bed made every day (no clean sheets though considering how hot it was). The mattress was hard, which I like :-), however, the pillows were also very hard, there were 4 in my room and they were all the same. I was above reception and it was very quiet, however, every night it sounded like a metal table was being dragged across a stone floor at around 2 or 3am and woke me up. The entertainment team were great, they all tried their best with the shows, however, they were very random. I did Aqua Gym every day. The pool was great, cold but warmed up once you get under the water. I stayed by the one nearest the reception, there was another pool but there were too many screaming children. They need some sort of organisation (queueing system) at the bar which was usually 2 or 3 people deep waiting to be served, the servers did their best (especially for those people who tipped regularly) The snack bar was only open from 3pm to 4.30pm whilst I was there, the food was lovely and you didn't have to wait long. I know this isn't a fault of the hotel but there were 3 fights whilst I was there, the language was disgusting (in front of children). Would I go back again? NO I would not

Filthy dirty place
Just got back from 8 days in dirty place, food is disgusting, alway cold, plates all chipped, staff at reception do nothing to help, loads of people were taken sick, only had hot water on a few times in the week, eat at your own risk, would not go back here again and would advise people to stay away,
No customer service
First I booked through trip.com who used the lead passenger on a previous booking? When I realised I tried to modify my booking with no success? Then I went personally to the hotel to be told no changes where allowed it was just name change one for one? So I have now lost £85 and need to find a new hotel I have stayed here before but never again trip.com are useless and will never book with them either 😡
