Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff and Service
We had a wonderful stay at Dunes d'Or Ocean Club in Agadir. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was so friendly, smiley and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. They were incredibly accommodating, particularly with our late check-out, and always generous and helpful with every service we needed.
A very special mention to our waiter, Adil, who was exceptional. His manners were impeccable, he was incredibly attentive and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. He really added a personal touch to our experience.
A lovely hotel made even better by its fantastic team. Their warmth, hospitality and excellent service made our stay truly memorable, and we would happily return.
Very good family resort.
There was a few small issues at the start but resolved quickly by the guest relations team. Entertainment team was very good and always got everyone involved. The rooms were nice but abit cramped if 3 had to share a room. We did run out of toilet paper one day as it hadn’t been restocked but this was an easy fix. Towels were changed daily which was very nice. The pool is very fantastic with lots of different hight levels for all ages. The food is very varied and well cooked, something for everyone. Overall a very good hotel and a great holiday experience

Unfriendly staff but lovely entertainers
I spent a week here, the reception depending on whos on can be can be evry rude and dismissive. The food is ok but not the best, very limited for children! Rooms are okay small but doable. Staff on the bar see you waiting and ignore you then respond very slowly. Bar with alcahol is not near the pool. Snack bar by the beach lady and man who serve were very rude and laughed at me and another lady. Entertainment is good, the staff make it Mustapha and khalid were great! So helpful and a joy to be around, made every day great and we're amazing with my boys!

We had a very nice experience in Agadir!!! The hotel is very good and the food very tasty!! The animation team is amazing!! Positive energy and fun every day and night!!! ❤️❤️highly recommend!☺️
