Amazing hotel !! Don't belive the moaners !!
This hotel is amazing ,which really makes a farce of all the negatives reviews on here ! The big problem with 5 Star hotels is the 5 Star clients , these people basically suck the fun out of anywhere they go the spend the whole holiday looking for something to complain about, music too loud ,water too cold, food not nice ,hotel staff not pandering to their every whim making them feel alot more important than they are ! We are currently 5 days into our holiday and we can honestly say ignore the negatives reviews because they are totally unfounded and are only put on by these sour people ,you'll have met them before. The only thing missing here is entertainment ,the shows are terrible, you sit through 1 1/2 hours of RUI adverts then 20 minutes of kahoot then 1 hour of a show ,which so far haven't been good and there is no kids mini disco which is a great shame for families and would have been better than the rui adverts !!! The hotel is amazing so decorative and in a great location , staff ARE friendly ,rooms are great ,we are a group of 4 adults and 2 kids and we are all throughly enjoying it here 😀
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing hotel and even better entertainment ❤️
The hotel is beautiful, clean and has a wonderful atmosphere. The entertainment team is absolutely amazing — the shows, activities and performances were so much fun and really made our stay special. Everyone was friendly, energetic and always smiling.
A special thank you to Ilham, who was such a lovely and helpful person. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always made us feel comfortable. She definitely deserves a special mention! ❤️
