We had an amazing stay at royal mirage this week . The location is perfect right by the beach with beautiful ocean views . But what really made our stay special was the staff especially miss fadwa from the moment we checked in , she was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help us . If u stay at royal mirage ask for miss fadwa she is a gem and a big reason we’ll be coming back , thank you for whole team for a memorable vacation .
Well what can I say, food not the best at this hotel… we stayed in a 3 star hotel in Morocco in February and it was better, this was a totally different holiday from the February one….can not fault the staff extremely helpful and friendly as are most Agadir Local people, sadly for us it was a bad experience was told by locals never to come here in July and August as are invaded, the pool I have to say looked dirty even though we did watch the fantastic pool/ life guard cleaning it etc but people being fully clothed sweating and jumping in a pool is gross in my opinion, the cleaning staff were good, proper make u scan the qr code to give them a good review ha ha, 🤣 it’s really gross place if I’m honest but I am English lol, nightclub next door is HELL if your in a room pool facing….4/5 in the morning your doomed….
This hotel is absolutely amazing! 😍✨ I loved the activities, the food, and the whole atmosphere. I also made so many new friends and had such a great time! 💗 A special thank you to the animators Fadoua for being so kind, friendly, and welcoming. 🫶🏻 Thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable and memorable! 🍡💖
Our stay at Royal Mirage was good overall & perfect location. I definitely wouldn’t rate it as a 4-star hotel, but the rooms were clean and the animation team were amazing. They did their absolute best to greet everyone, make people feel welcome and get everyone involved.
A special mention to Fuffu, who was so energetic and full of good banter and great dance moves, and also Fadwa — both really helped make the stay enjoyable.
The hotel definitely caters more towards Moroccan guests, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The food was mainly focused on Moroccan cuisine and wasn’t particularly catered towards English tourists. I personally didn’t mind as I love trying different cuisines, although the menu was quite repetitive.
The hotel has huge potential and would benefit from being updated and modernised. I would definitely stay here again, but probably room-only, as there are plenty of lovely hotels by the seafront to choose from for meals.
Overall, a friendly hotel with a fantastic animation team and clean rooms — just in need of a little TLC!
I was very disappointed. I would not recommend for anyone to visit. The location was great, room very clean. The cleaning lady's done amazing job every day. But food not great. Nearly the same thing every day and poor selection. Often they run out with the plates and glasses. Bar was nearly not existent as it was hard to find anyone behind it. We paid for all inclusive. First day we got free cocktails and later the same day we were asked to pay for it. When asked for a list of alcohol drinks included in the package no one could provide it one. I do understand that Marocco has different culture and local people don't drink alcohol but I wasn't prepared for such a bad experience with alcohol consumption. Looking back it was better to rent room only, as food in restaurants is very cheap and at least you know what you are paying for. Room air conditioning was constantly not working , so we asked to get it fixed . But even when fixed you could hardly notice the difference. It was impossible to have the window open at night, as the noice from the street was very loud. The bed wasn't comfortable and there was no kettle to make tea or coffee. There was huge que outside the lift most of the days , as only 2 were based in the hotel. Wifi very bad . Most of the staff have very little or no English. We were looking forward to a nice relaxing holiday but left very disappointed. I would honestly advise everyone not to come here.
