Not as expected for high profile 5* hotel
Honest review from regular traveler to morocco
Negatives Room (2027) - for high profile hotel - room was too basic with terrible options of tea coffee and any snacks, limited tv options when back in room, bathroom lacked soap or any amenities for 5 hotel Shower and bath - too standard and pressure of water was terrible! *Pool area - Service was terribly slow when you relaxing trying to order food or drink- the pool waiters seemed less interested and lazy! But they were quick to give your bill when you havnt even finished eating or drinking! Everyday was same! *Most hotel staff seemed a little arrogant when asking for any service type with also limited english speaking. Less helpful *WIFI was terrible - certain places worked when it wanted to otherwise very bad *Room cleaning service - the ladys were nice however, when things needed topping up - they didn’t! Seemed tired and overworked - new towels were low on stock when need *breakfast time - limited standard variety - seats and cushions were very dirty - with bird poop you can blatantly see has been only wipe off. Ants crawling on seats whilst eating.
Positives -
*Some staff were helpful when needed and smiled *The main lobby area has nice seats to relax and night time with little of entertainment

Spacious room, good service, very good housekeeping. Special mention to miss Fouzia for her kindness and hospitality. Very good atmosphere and we had a nice view from our rooms.
I would love to visit again
From the moment we arrived, we felt that this was going to be a special stay. As soon as we reached the pool area, we were amazed by the beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere no loud music just a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea. Having the beach right outside the hotel was also amazing, especially for evening walks towards the marina. The staff were always kind, welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. A special mention to Anwar, who became my new friend — my first Moroccan friend ❤️ such a cool guy that made our stay even more memorable. Definitely a place I would love to visit again! 🏝️✨

Fantastic
Perfect location as quiet but not too far to walk to restaurants. On arrival we received a welcome drink and our room had drinks and snacks. The hotel was spotless and had lovely artwork . The pool was fantastic with plenty of comfy beds. All the staff were helpful and friendly however Ayoub really made our stay , his smile and sense of humour made our day everyday we spoke to him he’s a really lovely guy warm and genuine with a great sense of humour. All round fantastic stay here.
