We genuinely didn’t want to leave!
We had such a lovely stay and genuinely didn’t want to leave! Normally by the end of a holiday I’m ready to get home, but not this time.
The hotel was fantastic, but what really made the experience was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful and they couldn’t do enough for you.
We had a brilliant holiday from start to finish and were genuinely sad to leave. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay so special. We would definitely return! ❤️

Best in Agadir
We checked in here following a poor experience at a nearby hotel. The staff were extremely attentive and accommodating, ensuring we had the best rooms available at short notice. The rooms were spotless, with extremely comfortable beds.
The pool area is nice with plenty of sun loungers and the selection of restaurants is great.
Would recommend the tapas from the Spanish restaurant.

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Good size rooms, very clean, fantastic amenities and the service from all the staff was above and beyond.
A truly memorable experience
We came here for two days because the hotel we had booked via the internet did not live up to its online claims. This Sofitel is absolutely fantastic and provides everything one could need. The restaurants offer a good selection of excellent food and drinks. The highlight, however, was the staff who always went beyond the call of duty to provide truly memorable service. I would recommend this Sofitel without hesitation and hope to return soon for a much longer stay.

An incredible stay from start to finish
From the moment we arrived at the hotel we had the most amazing experience. We arrived and was welcomed by the friendly staff who gave us Moroccan tea and some biscuits whilst we waited to be checked in. We was early for the check in but they happily accommodated us and told us we was the guests of the day and they had upgraded us from the standard room to a suite! Whilst they got our room ready someone gave us a guided tour around the whole hotel, which was the perfect start to the trip. The room was beautiful, alongside the whole hotel which is extremely clean throughout. The room was cleaned twice a day, morning and evening which was a special touch. All of the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Sat round the pool each day there were multiple staff walking around ready to take orders for food and drink that was brought straight to our sunbed. We wasn’t sure how the food around the pool would be but we were very pleased and ended up ordering everyday it was delicious for great prices. There were two main pools to choose from and the hotel also has its own beach section with sunloungers that are free to use and where food and drink can also be brought straight to. The hotel is a little out of the way from the main part of Agadir where the shops and restaurants are, probably around a half an hour walk. However, the hotel has many taxis waiting at any time to take guests there and the taxis are very reasonable at around 50 MAD to the main area (less than £4). I would recommend taking cash out as most places requested cash over card. Overall it was the most amazing experience staying at this hotel and I would recommend absolutely anyone to stay here.
