Worst example of Royalton
Worst experience ever , felt as if I was burdening the workers for a decent stay . I was placed in a King size bed with my Cousin first, showed them I booked a double and was told the property was sold out. To then be placed in a room with no working shower , exposed live wire with no covering along with a non working TV with a memo on it showing that the room should not of been given to us and was out of service . then, after going to the Front Desk, they reluctantly changed the room to stated that a view of the bay was the best that they could do to compensate. I was instructed to leave the room and have bags packed before 2 PM did such left the room so that way the baggage people could carry the bags to the next room went down to the beach. It’s now 9 PM. I still have no bags to my room I was forced to walk around with a bathing suit until they could find somebody to bring the bags to the room. I was unable to go get anything to eat because of me being dressed in a bathing suit with a bear cover-up the message that I received when I called and inquired about the bags was it will get there when they get there . After being in contact with the guest services manager in regards to the stay, the best way that they said that they could handle it was just giving me the second floor Bay view of the property, and I should be well compensated and grateful that they were able to do that and if I had any other issues that I need to take it up with the general manager, which is not gonna do anything because they did everything that is exemplary of staying at the Royal tenant given top-tier guest services . Switching a hotel room three times and a five day stay is disturbing, but I was told that that’s normal.

Marcus and Beverly were absolutely wonderful butlers. They were so amazing and friendly!! They were always available to assist with anything we needed. I can’t wait to come back and hopefully have them both as my butlers again! Thank you for everything Marcus and Beverly!! Truly wonderful people!! Javanie, Theodore, and Zo were all amazing and gave us great service and made sure we had an amazing vacation!!
We would rate this resort a 5 out of 10
Location was around the corner from the hood, Atmosphere was ok, Room need some work and I still think we paid to much for this resort. They never opened in time for breakfast, had to wait 10-20 minutes. Staff in the score bar and buffet restaurant was were rude. When food ran out the staff didn’t want to make more. Daytime schedule events hardly happen. The evening events was also.
Vibe team
Review of the Vibe team who kept us entertained during our stay especially Malaki. Great fun playing bowling, balloon toss, reggae dancing and cornhole. The whole family had fun. Thank you Malaki and team
Family holiday
Had an amazing experience - we were diamond club and Dewayne and Danielle were fantastic and made our experience really special! The hotel was located on the beach which we as a family loved. The à la carte restaurant choices were great. Food was delicious at all restaurants. Buffet has great healthy options as well as wonderful mix of dishes to try. Overall a wonderful trip!
