Great service Great Amenities
Amazing staff, great grounds. Beautiful and clean. Room needs. But more ventilation though showers create lots of condensation which makes the walls and floor slippery. Rusts the ironing boards Staff however were all amazing. Tamoya and Anna are great and the two ladies in the play area were awesome.

Excellent family oriented hotel. Great food lovely staff. Room was very clean great selection of food.pool was awesome. Entertainment was top notch overall just a great family atmosphere wonderful hotel

Hotel was amazing staff was friendly, very attentive, food was great, Hotel was very clean and nice I would definitely stay there again and I would definitely recommend it

Overall fine except for the loud music!
PROS: Overall the resort has really nice restaurants and food! The staff throughout have been very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean are fairly updated. We had room 1277. The resort is very large and kid-friendly with water areas for them to have a nice time.
CONS: There aren't many adult activities after dinner hours. There are some minor things that should be addressed before guests arrive to their room (such as the grab bar in the shower was loose) and the safe in the room takes some constant pressing of the buttons). You also have to slam the slam the door to close it. If you do decide to stay here, don't get a room on the side where there is an entertainment building (not on RIU's property) had music BLASTING all day o Saturday!! This was totally unexpected and unexceptable!
