Great Anniversary experience
We went 2 days after reopening, so there were a few hiccups with the room. I'm sure they will get everything running like a well oiled machine soon. I had a bad experience checking in with a particular employee but every other employee did all possible to make sure that one bad apple didn't ruin my vacation and all they work to provide. Shout out to our Butlers Daniel and Demar who made our anniversary perfect, and to Nebraska for her excellent customer service experience.

Royalton Post Hurricane
Our 20th trip to Jamaica and second time to Royalton Hideaway Blue Water. The resort seems to have recovered nicely from Hurricane Melissa in its 2nd week since it re-opened.
My wife and I found the staff to be very friendly. Shout out to Shenoya and Denise in housekeeping who were super-friendly and did a great job everyday on our room. The room itself was a little on the small side be everything worked.
Dined at Zen, Taj, Hunters Steakhouse and Grazie Italian. By far Taj was the best. The food was very flavorful and the service from Santana (waitress) and Joan (hostess) made the dinner extra special . The food at the Steakhouse and Zen needed more flavor, very bland.
The beach and the service on the beach was very good. And the pools were a good variety of vibrant and quiet, whichever you preferred.
Make sure to try the coffee shop. They knew our order by the 3rd day. Great way to start the day.
Overall, a nice resort with plenty of entertainment options.

GREAT experience
What an amazing trip! Royalton Hideaway was truly such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was amazing, and the service was top-tier. Our group is especially thankful for DJ at the swim-up bar! His service was 10/10, and he went above and beyond to make our experience even more special. He definitely deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star quality recognition!
We will absolutely be coming back!!! and a big part of that is because of DJ! Thank you for making our trip unforgettable! 🥂✨

Great Royalton experience at hideaway
Having a fantastic time away with wonderful attentive staff, Nadine at the spices pool bar was our lovely server who took great care of us ,along with the bar staff , we can not fault them . The cleaners who do the rooms are great and polite but don’t get to know their names unfortunately but feel they need a shout out too , wondertome here
LOVE THE GAMES ENTERTAINMENT 🎉
Big batty malie made the experience so great…the games were very interactive and entertaining 🥳❤️
