Great time at the resort
Had a great time here at the resort. Loved the ocean and the pools. We tried all the spots and the best bartender was definitely Kerrol at the Coral Springs pool bar side. Made the best drinks and super friendly.
Amazing experience
I had the best time at Ocean coal Springs hotel. The staff were so nice especially the ones at the bars by the pool. They made me feel so welcomed and I am sad leave. Would definitely come back here
Disappointing
We wanted to love this hotel. We booked it to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and upgraded to a privilege ocean front suite to mark the occasion. The first suite we were booked into was not ocean front. We complained and were moved to a seemingly better room. Except it didn’t lock. I wouldn’t recommend upgrading to privilege as I do not think it was worth the additional charges. The butlers were barely seen throughout our stay, although I must admit when we did interact (two occasions) they were pleasant. The service was poor throughout. Especially within the speciality restaurants, route 66 being a particularly bad experience. They consistently run out of drinks, which is unacceptable for a five star hotel and there was no air conditioning which made it so uncomfortable for dining. The beach and its service are extremely hit and miss. If you are a beach person I strongly recommend considering a hotel within the Negril area. We ventured off site to Doctors Cave to showcase to our family what Jamaica truly offers when it comes to beaches. There is not enough shade for guests at the pool area, with guests reserving shaded spots at silly times in the morning. The evening entertainment was the biggest disappointment. There is not nearly enough seating for guests which is really annoying as guests almost feel forced to make their own entertainment which is not what we paid for. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay. It wasn’t horrendous but fell far short of what you would expect for a five star. I could go into more detail but in short there are far better hotels to stay at within this price point. I wouldn’t recommend.

Best vacation ever
Ocean Coral rocks all the time for me I had a great stay and the staff were pleasant as usual. I will be coming back big up to Danisha and andre they were amazing
