Needs Renovations
The staff is friendly for the most part, but the hotel is in need of some updates; especially in the pool area. The pool tiles are either dirty, faded, or missing. The food wasn't good either.
Absolutely amazing place
Arrived at the hotel to be greeted by lovely staff on reception. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. The hotel itself is lovely and clean but the pool does need a re vamp as lots of tiles were broken under foot and the edges when getting out were sharp. The location is next to a lovely marina with a short walk. The hotel itself doesn’t have much in its surrounding areas but there’s shops and bars etc on the marina. Chef Robbys opposite is worth a visit! The sushi bar at the hotel is the best I have ever had and the guy making it fresh is just as awesome. Troy on the pool bar made our days and evenings a pleasure with his friendly approach. Chris the bellman was always around with a smile and for a friendly chat, he was just down to earth and good fun. Cindy the manager couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay a pleasant experience by making us feel welcome. Lovely pizzas available in the evenings near the pool, they are massive so don’t order one each! We were lucky that our time there was a quiet experience with not many other guests there. The music around the pool did get a bit repetitive and often loud but it was fine. This hotel was amazing and I will Be heading back in the future.

Clean and Amazing, comfortable beds, swimming pools, delightful, and warm!!!
Cheerful fun staff, great food and breakfast. The swimming pool areas were clean and lovely proximity to the water was about $12 cab ride, but this property is fabulous overlooking the marina!!

Best place ever!!!
The staff are the main reason our stay was so perfect! In addition to a beautiful place, many individuals- such as Troy, Evania, Harmoni, Michelle, Anya, Lianna, Kermerlyn, MacGavey just to name a few- made us feel at home. 10000/10 recommend!! They made our honeymoon beyond memorable :’)
