Extraordinary service
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was simply extraordinary.
However, what truly set this stay apart was the exceptional team. I genuinely felt seen and understood by the staff. Every single person I interacted with went out of their way to ensure my stay was as pleasant and welcoming as possible. It is rare to find hospitality that feels this genuine and personal.
I am already looking forward to my next stay in the upcoming months. A very strong and well-deserved 5/5!
My Stay in Zagreb
We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Zagreb Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location—perfect for exploring Zagreb. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast hostess Dragica was especially amazing! She was very friendly and welcoming and made sure we got everything we needed. We will definitely return!
Great Stay in Zagreb
We had such a lovely stay at the Sheraton Zagreb Hotel from August 9–11. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed and well taken care of.
I especially want to mention Antonio at the front desk, who was consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He made everything easy for us and was a pleasure to deal with.
I also want to recognize Dragica at breakfast, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so warm and kind and really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Her hospitality stood out and made our mornings especially enjoyable.
The hotel was comfortable, convenient, and a great experience overall, but what really made the stay memorable was the people. Antonio and Dragica both deserve special recognition for the care they showed our family.
We would happily stay at the Sheraton Zagreb again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Service from Antonio and Dragica
We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Zagreb Hotel from August 9–11 and were extremely impressed with the service throughout our visit.
A special thank-you to Antonio at the front reception desk, who was professional, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We also want to recognize Dragica in the restaurant during breakfast, who was incredibly kind and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and well taken care of every morning.
It’s employees like Antonio and Dragica who really elevate a hotel experience and leave a lasting impression. Their warmth, attention, and genuine hospitality were very much appreciated by our entire family.
The hotel itself was comfortable, well located, and a great place to finish our time in Croatia. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Sheraton Zagreb to anyone visiting the city.
