I have been here only 2 days with my two younger children one of which has ASD. Hotel is beautiful and surroundings but have found the staff esp Willy at pool area quite rude. My daughter was having a meltdown at the pool and a staff member told her off o tried to explain she has Autism and he didn't understand what I was meaning. I had a guest also in another lanaguge mocking my daughter making her worse doing a cry baby aound she had children with her and hai and her laughing. This was first day - I also asked at the hotel place ago go eat I was advised not too much and a taverna down road which wasn't suitable. After walking 1.5 hours we didn't get far. Tui was helpful and advised for places for My 2md night - 2nd day however we did walk to a beach was nice then come to pool to have my 10 year old shouted at by lifeguard because she was jumping in pool. They jumped in all day the day before and no issue and this guy said no I asked why can they not jump in a pool in deep end all children do this! He told her you do again you're out of the pool. Never in my life have I heard anything more ridiculous for children to not jump in a pool. I've never felt ao uncomfortable in a hotel in my life. Would not recommend for families at all
My husband and I had a 3-day mini-break here, and the location was fantastic—as soon as you step outside, you are right by all the bars and restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice, and the overall atmosphere was lovely. Our room was very clean, with fresh towels provided every morning. The view from our room was beautiful. The evening buffet was a disappointment, though—there was very little selection, and it was very overpriced. But there was other restaurants in the hotel and the food was so much better. However, because we booked on a deal, we still felt the stay was good value overall. The entertainment was really good, and the staff were all friendly and exceptionally helpful. A big thank you to Lloyd— Guest Relations Manager top man! He really made our stay very enjoyable.
This is a fantastic hotel in Limassol. It’s situated about 3 miles east of the Marina and the Old Town, so is perfect for visiting Limassol, and also works as a really good base for exploring the rest of the Island. It’s roughly 45 mins to Paphos and 1 hour 15 to Ayia Napa & Protaras.
The hotel itself is wonderful. It sits right on a private beach, has 2 outdoor pools overlooking the sea (1 adults only which they are strict about although our older teenage daughter was able to use it while we were in it at the same time for swimming and relaxing without issue, and 1 for children/noisy play), plus an indoor pool, spa, gym & tennis courts. There are 2 cafe bars on site which are ideal for drinks and lunches. Breakfast was served in the main restaurant and had every option you could possibly think of.
WiFi works well in all areas. There is luggage storage & an ironing room.
The bedrooms are clean and spacious and there is A/C and a mini fridge in the room. My only complaint would be a lack of plug sockets. We could only find 2 which made charging multiple devices, using hair dryers, straighteners etc slightly challenging, but we just had to plan ahead and charge power packs etc overnight. We had an inland view room which overlooked the car park. It didn’t bother us but it may be worth paying slightly more for a sea view.
The room was cleaned, the towels changed and the bins emptied daily.
Beach towels are provided on request at reception but must be returned at the end of the of your stay.
There are plenty of sun beds and no sunbed wars. A few sun beds are also available on the small private beach, and there are water sports available (at a cost).
Private parking is available and there is also a taxi rank onsite.
There is a small mini market over the road from the entrance to the car park and a few bars and restaurants close by, although it’s much more preferable to go down to the Marina with its many, many bars & restaurants. The waterfront is lovely to walk on on an evening, with street lights, water features and street performers.
All in all a fantastic 4 star hotel in a great location. Will definitely return.
Here at the moment (July 26). Booked a very last minute break and we’re not disappointed. Excellent breakfast buffet, everything spotlessly clean and a lovely beachfront location. Rooms a bit dated, shower curtain over bath is irritating. Only poor issue is that the adults only pool regularly has people bringing their kids to sit on the side while mum & dad swim. Life guards seem powerless to enforce the adult only rule. So you end up with bored noisy kids who really shouldn’t be left sitting around in the sun. Not impressed given there’s two kids pools. The hotel will lose adult couples who might rebook if the adults only area becomes a free for all.
The lobby area looked brand new and smelt lovely. The outside area was nice too and there were some lovely trees on the far end which offered lovely shade but unfortunately dropped sticky leaves that stuck to everything. The bedrooms and passage ways to bedrooms were dated and need an upgrade but everything ok . Breakfast was lovely and something for everyone. We ate the buffet dinner one night but it was very disappointing and very limited choice of hot food for vegetarians had i seen the buffet before sitting down would not have stayed it was definitely not worth the money hence why only a few people there. My biggest complaint was there was nothing to do! There was no daytime activities and nothing at night and the Asian restaurant only opens a couple of days a week so zero choice hence why everyone leaves at night. It did not feel like a holiday or a resort despite being on the beach. When we left and paid our extras bill we were not even asked if we enjoyed our time or if everything was ok not even a thank you. Very disappointed.
