Cyprus city of dreams absolutely gorgeous hotel friendly staff but very disappointed that we went with grandkids also and teens and really not much for the younger kids…if kids are older a lil more to do but as a family vacation wouldn’t recommend
If you have another hotel option, go somewhere else. I would not recommend City of Dreams based on our experience.
Very disappointing experience at City of Dreams.
The hotel presents itself as a luxury family destination, but in reality several of the children’s facilities were not working, which was extremely frustrating, especially when traveling with kids.
The service was also very poor. Staff were unhelpful, and the way guests are treated in the casino is unacceptable. People can apparently be asked to leave based on arbitrary decisions, with little explanation and no proper customer service.
For a hotel of this level and price, we expected professionalism, transparency, working facilities, and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite.
We honestly felt misled by what was advertised compared with what we actually received.
Very disappointing service and definitely not the experience you would expect from a hotel that calls itself luxury.

If your order is made on behalf of the casino, keep in mind that you will be treated like a piece of s**t at the reception.
Great experience!
We visited in August, had a wonderful day and evening there. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean, with spacious and comfortable areas. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help.The entertainment was fantastic, especially the Lipstick group! The singer has an absolutely beautiful voice and an incredible range — she can sing everything from upbeat hits to soulful classics. Her energy and stage presence really made the evenings special. A truly talented performer and a pleasure to listen to!Overall, a luxurious and relaxing experience — highly recommended, and we will definitely visit again.

This is the worst place I have visited in Cyprus. My name is Chelsea Lee Art and I am a famous live streamer from Kick and TikTok. The staff were incredibly rude and told me to turn off my live stream.
