Parklane a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa

Our stay at Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol was exceptional from beginning to end. We have travelled widely and stayed in many top-tier hotels around the world, and Parklane stands out for its genuinely outstanding service, beautiful facilities and the professionalism of its team.

We were kindly upgraded to a waterfront villa, which made the holiday even more special. It was the perfect size for our family of five…spacious, private and beautifully designed, with our own pool and everything we needed to feel as though we had a small villa to ourselves. It completely elevated the whole experience.

The resort itself is superb. The main pool area is large, beautifully maintained and never felt crowded, even when the hotel was busy. There were plenty of comfortable loungers, towels always available, and several pool options around the property. The beach is equally lovely, and every aspect of the facilities felt considered, high-quality and impeccably run.

The kids’ club was also excellent. The outdoor water-play area was fantastic, and the indoor facilities were engaging and well suited to our little one’s age. We only wish we had had more days to make full use of it. Ivana, the Kids Club Manager, was particularly reassuring and impressive. As parents, we were naturally a little apprehensive about leaving our child in a kids’ club for the first time, but she answered every question with confidence, warmth and real professionalism. The entire team appeared well trained, experienced and genuinely caring.

What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was the staff.

A very special thank you to Antonios, the Hotel Manager, who was exceptional from check-in through to check-out. He was attentive, proactive and always reachable, even sharing his WhatsApp number so that we could contact him easily. Our three children have significant allergies and very strict dietary requirements, and Antonios went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe and comfortable. He coordinated with the restaurant teams throughout the hotel and made sure everyone understood our requirements. At times, the team seemed even more concerned about the children’s allergies than we were which gave us enormous reassurance as parents.

We are also deeply grateful to Chef Stavros who made such an effort to create safe, bespoke meals for the children. They prepared dishes that were not on the usual menu, including fresh baked bread and special chicken meals, so that we did not have to rely on the buffet and worry about cross-contamination. Despite having a very busy kitchen, they took the time to meet us on several occasions, listen carefully and make the children feel cared for. It was truly appreciated.

Nikolina, the Assistant Manager, was another highlight, always cheerful, warm and welcoming. She brought such positive energy every time we arrived at the restaurant and ensured everything was seamlessly organised, from seating to the smallest details of our dining experience.

Thank you also to Naeem, the Restaurant Manager, who was consistently present and attentive at breakfast, always checking that the children had everything they needed. He made us feel listened to and never, even for a moment, as though our requirements were an inconvenience.

And finally, a heartfelt thank you to Napa, whose warmth and kindness made her feel like a grandmother away from home. She checked in on us constantly, took a genuine interest in the children, and even came to wish us well and help prepare meals on our final day. Her care and warmth meant a great deal to us.

The level of service at Parklane is simply outstanding. Every member of staff seemed empowered to take ownership, anticipate needs and make guests feel genuinely valued. Everyone asked about our day, checked on our stay and acted quickly whenever anything was needed.

We genuinely cannot think of a single negative. Parklane is a fantastic hotel in every respect, beautiful rooms, outstanding food, exceptional pools and beach, excellent children’s facilities and, above all, an extraordinary team.

We are already looking forward to returning and would recommend Parklane without hesitation to anyone visiting Cyprus.
