Christabelle Hotel Apartments

Amazing stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless, the facilities were well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, close to everything you need in Ayia Napa. The pool area was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere made our holiday even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 😊☀️🏖️

First off all the rooms are ok, IF you pay for AC. If not get prepared for some sweaty nights. The staff there is terrible the costumer service was nowhere near what i expected. Especially the manager, has so much attitude and it seemed like he hates everyone that comes. Another more unbelievable thing is that you cant bring anything of yours or from other stores (resturant) to eat at the outside area. I couldn’t even bring a soda can. What kind of hotel is this, we have payed to relax, and enjoying some KFC or MC in our own hotel shouldn’t be disallowed. Another thing is the cleaning staff. Be prepared for them just comming in whenever they want. They walk inn clean stuff and walk out. They don’t care if ur there. And they as well have some abnormal features to their behaviour. Such as wanting to watch my friend change his clothes (shes his mothers age). As bad as it could be, there is a chill vibe there, but that is more because of the excitement and other people. And as bad as the staff was. There were a few young staff members that actually were normal.
