Fantastic hotel, super staff!
Fantastic hotel, right on the beach. Good location with lovely restaurants nearby (Evinos Tavern is superb) and about a 20 minute walk to the main part of Ayia Napa. Staff are excellent- friendly, helpful & accommodating: Fitos on the front desk quickly resolved a problem with our room completely to our satisfaction. Christine in the restaurant was happy to make my poached eggs to perfection every morning! Plenty of comfortable sun loungers and cabanas by the pool & beach. Hopefully we will be back!
A wonderful holiday paradise – an unforgettable anniversary week
If you are looking for a peaceful holiday paradise where you can truly relax and feel well taken care of, Grecian Sands is a wonderful choice.
We spent a very special week here celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary, and our stay was simply unforgettable. From the beautiful surroundings and pool area overlooking the sea to the warm atmosphere of the hotel, everything made our holiday feel special. We will definitely come back!
What impressed us perhaps most was the people. The hotel has an exceptionally kind, friendly and approachable manager Mr. Skenteris, and the whole staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A very special thank you to Master Chef Cristina for the wonderful food and hospitality, and to Andreas, such a pleasant and friendly waiter. But really, our thanks go to the entire staff – there were so many lovely people taking care of us during the week.
One thing we especially appreciated was the feeling that if you have any problem or need help with something, you are not left alone. The staff really takes care of you and does their best to make sure everything is all right. Our room was cleaned every day and everything was kept very tidy.
Another big plus for us was the peacefulness of the hotel. We value being able to sleep well on holiday, and the nights were wonderfully quiet. At the same time, the location is beautiful, right by the sea, and the pool area is a lovely place to spend a relaxing day.
Our tip: take some time simply to enjoy the hotel itself instead of filling every day with excursions. The pool, the sea views, the food and the peaceful atmosphere are part of the experience.
It is difficult for us to find anything negative to say about our stay. We arrived hoping for a relaxing week in Cyprus and left with wonderful memories of our 31st wedding anniversary – and with the feeling that we had found a place we would genuinely like to return to.

Fantastic hotel
Absolutely fantastic hotel. All the staff are amazing. Entertainment was great. Food was excellent. Would highly recommend
Beachfront perfection
Grecian Sands has become one of our go-to hotels in Ayia Napa. Right on the beach, a short stroll to the centre, and the sea-view balcony makes every morning feel like a holiday postcard. The pool area is beautifully kept, and the rooftop Burger Bar is unmissable for sunset drinks. Breakfast has plenty of variety, and the staff are genuinely warm and attentive throughout. Already looking forward to booking our next stay.
Excellent stay
Excellent customer Service from Georgina. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a very good stay and the location is spot on. We highly recommend Grecian Sands.
