We had an amazing time. Thank you
The hotel location very close to the Main Street of ayia Napa the restaurants, bars, shopping. The rooms is big and have kitchen facilities. It’s very clean. A lot of young and famliys.
Overall, we had a lovely holiday and there were far more positives than negatives.
The hotel is in a fantastic location if you want to be close to the nightlife, restaurants and bars. It's right by the strip, which is great for convenience, but it does mean it can be very noisy in the early hours with guests returning from nights out. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend bringing earplugs or requesting a quieter room.
The pool area was excellent, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day, so there was never any need to reserve them early. The staff were friendly and worked hard to keep the hotel clean and tidy.
Unfortunately, the biggest downside of our stay was the cockroaches. We found some very large cockroaches in our room on more than one occasion. The first time we reported it, reception responded brilliantly and sent someone to our room within five minutes, which we really appreciated. However, when it happened again later in our stay, we waited over 30 minutes for someone to come, which was disappointing.
The all-inclusive food was good, but it did become a little repetitive after a few days. We found ourselves eating out a couple of times for a bit of variety. Our favourite places were the hotel's bakery and the Japanese restaurant. Although these weren't included in the all-inclusive package, they were both excellent and definitely worth the extra cost.
Despite the issues with the cockroaches, we still enjoyed our stay. The excellent location, plentiful sunbeds and hardworking staff made for a good holiday, but we hope the hotel can improve its pest control and response times in the future.
The location was absolutely amazing, it’s in the middle of everything and the nightlife was amazing. However, the staff (except for the cleaners and night staff) were incredibly rude, and anytime we had a problem to ask about, they looked at us like we were ruining their day. We didn’t get a single smile from them, not to mention that the reception smelled odd.
Even though it’s normal, my friend and I thought that the hotel was very stingy. There were two 4-in-one soaps in the bathroom, none in the kitchen, and the keycards stopped working every day also, the guests are required to pay 2 euro for an adapter, which obviously is a money trick. The location is a 10/10, but I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
My friend and i got food poisoning form the buffe
