Most disrespectful hotel workers
My partner and I prepaid for a room with this hotel, our flight was cancelled and rebooked for the next day. This hotel fully cancelled our booking without any attempt to contact us, would not rebook us saying there is no availability, and then the front desk worker refused to contact a manager and was literally screaming at us saying that it’s not their problem. In fact, when we insisted on speaking to a manager to resolve this, she responded with “what are you going to do? I’m not going to call my manager, what are you going to do about it?”
I have never seen such a disrespectful display from any hotel I’ve stayed at in over 50 countries. Horrible experience, zero empathy, zero attempt to provide any sort of resolution or alternative, leaving us stranded.
Take some basic conflict resolution and hospitality skills rather than borderline trying to pick a fight with customers.
Needless to say we did not rebook and found a much better option a few blocks away.

Really good tree star hotel
This hotel is a bit smaller but I like it that way. There were no rush in the reception in any given time. When I arrived few hours before check-in time knowing that it's highly unlikely for me to get my room imminently I did get it right away. I was really surprised and happy. I stayed for seven nights and my room was made and clean towels changed every day. Breakfast buffet was various and I had no trouble to find gluten free food. Reception was helpful and friendly. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and tidy. I liked my room very much though sometimes there were a little bit noise from the streets if someone was driving with a louder car or a motorbike. But not too much. My room was in the 4th floor. I really much liked my stay and if I ever come back to Larnaca I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
A gem in the heart of the city
We chose the Frangiorgio for its location, and we were delighted. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the beach promenade and Ermou St., the main shopping street. The rooftop pool was a pleasant surprise. Our room was comfortable with a balcony and ample closet space. The customer service was exemplary. A minor issue with the room was resolved quickly and efficiently. Our thanks to Angel and Hamid at the front desk for answering our questions and handling details to ensure we had an excellent stay.

superb hotel
everything from check in to clean room to pool on the roof and location its might say 3 star hotel its better then any 4 star I've stayed in
