location was spectacular and the atmosphere was very friendly the rooms are nice and bathroom is lovely it was so clean and the noise was minimal the service was quick and easy the hotel was overall lovely the pool was a good temperature and big the spa was cold but lovely

We have just spent a fantastic holiday at Capo Bay with family and friends — 9 adults and 3 children — and have had a wonderful time.
This was our first return in 16 years, having previously got married here, and we were really looking forward to coming back. We haven’t been disappointed.
The staff are what really make this hotel. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, polite, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
I want to give an extra special thank you to my housekeeper, Zahid. He cleaned my room perfectly every day and always left a beautiful little flower in the bathroom. Such a simple touch, but it was lovely and really showed his attention to detail. He was always friendly, polite and incredibly professional — a real credit to Capo Bay.
A special mention also has to go to Katerina, who was our wedding organiser 16 years ago and is still at the hotel. I recognised her name and wondered if it could be the same Katerina — and it was! What a lovely surprise.
We also had an excellent experience when we contacted the hotel during our stay. The team listened, responded quickly and went above and beyond to help. Their customer service really stood out.
The breakfast has plenty of choice and is delicious, with the freshly made omelettes being a particular favourite. The beds are extremely comfortable, the poolside table service is fantastic, and the frozen towels brought around the pool are an amazing touch in the Cyprus heat!
The live music in the evenings creates a lovely atmosphere, and the hotel itself has beautiful grounds and a fantastic location.
And, of course, the lovely cats around the hotel are an added bonus! 🐈❤️

Beautiful hotel, facilities were excellent and all the staff were superb. Excellent food choice and presentation was beautiful. Restaurant manager Andreas was brilliant 10/10
