The Local Area
The Cavo Maris is a popular hotel, located in a beautiful, unspoiled, seafront location in Protaras, amongst extensive grass lawns and beautiful gardens which run down to a safe beach with fine golden sand and crystal clear sea water, awarded the blue flag. Within 2 minutes walk, there are 2 more secluded beautiful beaches. The Famous 'Fig Tree Bay' beach, at the Resort centre, is about 1.5 km down the road (15 minutes walk). A local bus service is available to the centre of Protaras (1.5 km) and Paralimni, the biggest town of the area (9 km), or to the nearby bustling resort of Ayia Napa (9 km). Larnaca International Airport is about 59 km away.

Excellent hotel
This was our 3rd consecutive year and still as excellent as the first We were slightly disappointed with the no wardrobe in our room and I went and saw reservations lady who was very friendly and kind and moved our room which we really appreciated it Food is excellent and would recommend booking at the restaurants Pool is lovely but slightly too cold for me Dani at the bar along with other staff recognised us from previous years and she was just as hard working as before, likewise all the other staff. Cocktails at the pool bar are amazing and not watered down like other hotels Overall we had yet another fantastic holiday, thank you Cavo Maris and see you next year

An invigorating retreat for a five-day memorable stay.
Another wonderful stay, and once again we leave with the very best memories. Our warmest congratulations to the management and the entire team on the beautiful renovations and additions to the hotel. They have made an already lovely place even more attractive and comfortable. A special thank you to all the staff for their warm welcome, genuine friendliness and, above all, the personal touch they bring to their service. Their smiles and care make every visit feel special and make us feel at home. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to our friends, not only for its wonderful location, but also for its excellent service, welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. We have been returning for many years, and it is always a pleasure to come back. We look forward to many more stays and to creating many more beautiful memories here.
Excellent hotel with kind staff,very nice spa center
Very clean hotel.Exceptionally kind staff who answered every single of my questions and accomodated my requests fast.Fast check in and check out. Exceptionall spa center, very clean. Good food.Varity of options and restaurants for dining. Live music at dinner every evening. Only thing I didn't like is bad water pressure in the shower in my room. I sincerely recommend this hotel.

Cava Maris beach hotel Cyprus
We were satisfied either cleaning and breakfast. But the noise during different activities like aerobics in the pool was terrible! You can really hurt your hearing and your children can be traumatised! Sorry but we cannot recommend this place for kids and families.

Home from home
This hotel is the best hotel on the island and the staff and owners treat you with every care and consideration. The place is so clean and attractive with all the comfort of home. In fact I call it my home from home because you feel like family when you are there. It rates 5 stars in my opinion.
