Big Family Holiday
Location was excellent for being away from busy strip but only 5 minutes walk to reach. Hotel is great for families and choice of food is good. Would recommend to both families and friends.
Amazing stay
Our stay was amazing, we came here around 7yrs ago when it was the artemis and the change is night and day cleanest hotel ive ever stayed in, food was brilliant, fresh and a great selection but the one ellement that stood out was the staff, so friendly, allways had a smile and a chat and credit to the manager Bill who took the time to talk and make sure we were taken care of thanks Bill and all the maris grand staff youre amazing ❤️

We had such an amazing stay here!
The food is incredibly varied and delicious! We were never hungry, not even for a second. It honestly feels like there’s food available at any time of the day – unlimited popsicles, fries, salads, free-flowing alcohol, and so much more!
The hotel also offers a daily schedule full of fun activities, including yoga, volleyball, bingo, and plenty of other things to do.
The staff are SO friendly and welcoming! Everyone is constantly checking in on us, chatting with us, and making sure we’re having the best time.
The rooms are huge, with a TV and lots of different lighting options to create the perfect atmosphere.
We also rented a buggy from a place near the hotel and explored Ayia Napa, some beautiful nearby trails, and the local aquarium. There’s so much to see and do in the area!
And last but definitely not least, a HUGE shoutout to Vasilis! What an incredible person! He genuinely made us feel like we were friends. He would always come over to chat, ask how we were doing, and make sure we were enjoying ourselves. He is so kind, caring, and genuinely amazing at what he does. He truly made our stay extra special, and we can’t thank him enough! ❤️

Avoid room 141 !!
All inclusive food is average at best. If they put you in room 141 ask to be moved . It is right on the end above the kitchens and woken early every morning with laundry and kitchen noise. The family room is basically a partition wall with a small, very uncomfortable bed. The room itself is very nice apart from the above. The pool area is nice and staff friendly enough.

Awful experience heres why -
On arrival they said they were fully booked and tried to send us to another hotel 25 minutes further away from everything. Eventually they gave in and let us stay here.
FOOD WAS SHOCKINGLY BAD... MYSTERY MEATS YOU COULDNT TELL WHAT THEY WERE. EVERYTHING TASTED TERRIBLE I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW YOU CAN MAKE SUCH SIMPLE FOOD TASTE SOOOOOO BAD!!!
rude unhelpful reception staff.
Had a go at us for getting into breakfast 5 minutes early... couldnt get fresh towels whenever you wanted only certain times of day. Receptionist was laughably rude when asking to change our 'free and inclusive resturant booking'
Would not reccomend. Stay away.
