Will never go back
Our floor was full of young lads running around the corridors slamming doors and shouting at 4am...very disappointed went down to inform them at reception and they didn't do anything about it. This went on for 5 nights,One of the reception staff when we went down to explain for the 5th time got very grumpy and said "what do you want me to do about it" definitely will not be going back to this hotel again.
Disappointed
This year after returning from last was a disappointment so sad we used to love this place. The floor we was on had great veiws but it was very noisy young teenagers very loud on the corridors in the early hours of the night, every night. We got very little sleep and will not be returning again

Fantastic hotel and staff.
Very local to all the amenities. Loved that the hotel is a family run hotel. The food is very good and the staff is amazingly friendly. I have to mention Christina who runs the restaurant as outstanding, she not only went above and beyond to ensure my son who fell ill got his breakfast and dinner as take away for a couple of days. Top lady and human being.

Lovely hotel, fantastic views and location
We have just got back from a lovely stay at the Melini hotel suites, we have never been to Cyprus before but we was attending a friends wedding in Ayia Napa so after a bit of research we decided to stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic! We are a family of four with a 12 year old boy and 9 year old girl and they loved every minute (especially counting all the cats of Protaras) Everything is in reach and the staff were so lovely always there to greet you when you entered reception ! After reading some reviews I was slightly worried about the pool getting the shade or having no sunbeds available (everywhere we’ve been previously has the sunbed issues) but we managed to get a bed everyday! even when we’d started off on the ones that get the shade by 2pm there was always spare ones to move to in the afternoon or when we came back from the beach there was beds that were free and in the sun. I would also like to thank Mick who was working on reception the night of our friends wedding, my husband had unfortunately cut his toe quite badly and when we arrived back to the hotel Mick arranged for someone to cover him so he could take us to the hospital in his car, Micks kindness was very much appreciated and we was so grateful for his help. We are already looking at coming back to this hotel in the very near future, and we will definitely be recommending it to friends!
Bad experience
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The accommodation was dirty and the cleaning was not thorough at all. The drain did not work properly, and the beds were very uncomfortable. The service was also poor and did not meet our expectations.
Another major concern was the lack of knowledge and understanding regarding food allergies. The staff did not seem to be properly informed about food allergies, which was particularly worrying for us.
Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. The cleanliness, maintenance, service and handling of food allergies all need significant improvement. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.
