The new renovated 4 star Vangelis Hotel & Suites is comfortably situated in a prime location in the heart of wonderful Protaras.It is opposite to the finest beaches - the famous Fig Tree Bay and close to Konnos Bay as well as to the National Forest Park of Cape Greco (Cavo Greko). The accommodation units range from spacious, luxury, brand new One Bedroom Suites and Deluxe Superior rooms to non renovated Studio and One-Bedroom apartments with kitchenette facilities. The Hotel offers a variety of leisure facilities that include a large lagoon style swimming pool, separate adults only swimming pool, children's pool and an indoor pool. Other facilities include a tennis court, table tennis, fitness centre with a gym and Spa. Supervised MINI KIDS CLUB is available for our younger guests with an outside playground and an indoor playroom with soft furniture and games. A unique dining experience is offered with a choice of 3 restaurants, a cafeteria for freshly roasted coffees and snacks and 3 bars for day and night cocktails and refreshments.

Fantastic Location, Wonderful Service and a Great Stay
We had a very positive experience at this hotel and truly enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of the tourist area and just a few minutes’ walk from beautiful beaches.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful throughout our stay. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, the team kindly helped us prepare a surprise and arranged a lovely welcome in our room. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more special.
Our room was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean, and it was cleaned every day.
The food was excellent and varied throughout our entire stay. We were especially impressed with the snacks, which were a refreshing change from the typical fast-food options. Instead, there were different salad boxes and toasties — a great idea! The drinks were also very good, with a wide selection available.
We also really appreciated the adults-only pool. It was peaceful and quiet, and we always managed to find available sun loungers and umbrellas.
The main pool was a different story, especially in August. Despite the hotel’s policy against reserving sun loungers, some guests were already occupying the first rows from around 6:30 a.m., even though the pool officially opens at 9:00 a.m. By 7:30 a.m., it was already difficult to find a spot. The hotel is clearly trying to deal with the issue, but unfortunately, it is difficult to control guests who choose to sit on loungers so early. Personally, we didn’t come on holiday to wake up at 6 a.m. just to reserve a sun lounger! Fortunately, there is a beautiful, long beach only about three minutes from the hotel, where two sun loungers and an umbrella cost €10 for the whole day.
Another big advantage is how modern and well-organised the hotel is. Check-in was convenient — we simply provided our details online after scanning a QR code. The hotel also has its own app, where you can check the hotel map, meal times, drinks menu, book a table at an à la carte restaurant and even order room service.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We absolutely fell in love with Cyprus and would love to come back here again one day!
Relaxing Stay
Super nice hotel, clean and rooms were lovely! Our stay was made especially fun and welcoming due to the animation team who were all so lovely and engaging! And we were particularly impressed by Fedir’s yoga lessons each morning, which was very professional and highly skilled and a great start to each morning!
Family resort with something for everyone.
Fantastic stay at Vangelis with my husband, daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren. Good facilities, really nice pool where we were able to keep track of the little ones (manned by several lifeguards who kept the pool area clean and tidy). Over 18s pool area was very nice. Staff friendly, efficient and always on hand. Cleanliness was second to none everywhere. Rooms cleaned daily (if required) with clean bedding/towels. We did put our 'Do not disturb' light on a few times to save the cleaning staff from coming in. Communal areas clean at all times. A really nice experience in the dining room for an all inclusive, staff found you a table to accommodate the size of your party and waiters served drinks to your table, a calm atmosphere to enjoy your meal. The salad bar served high quality salads. We had no problem finding a tasty dish at each meal and all food areas were kept scrupulously clean by the chefs replenishing the food-the smallest of spillages were wiped away continuously. Bar staff were amazing, so friendly and very patient with children making them feel special. Entertainment team were again friendly and always made time to ask people how they were. Finding sunbeds could pose an issue but the lifeguards were on hand to do what they could to find/move beds for people. Some holiday makers placed towels on beds early and then left them unattended for long periods of time. We were a party of 7 but only ever took 4 or 5 beds that we used. Location was excellent, the strip was buzzing and the beach was opposite, as were the bus stops. Our room faced onto the strip and we were on the ground floor, but once our doors were closed we weren't disturbed by the noise. Overall a good location, comfortable rooms, nice atmosphere, outstanding service and very good value for money. The holiday exceeded my expectations-I would visit again and definitely recommend for a family holiday.

Stayed here with my family and some friends. Our room was quite tired looking and could do with being renovated, but it didn't take away from the great time we had.
Most of the staff were really lovely and genuine.
The amenities were fabulous and the pool was excellent for all ages.
The lounger situation is very frustrating, if you want to get a good spot next to the pool, you have to be at the loungers super early in the morning. I'm sure there could be a better system implemented which is fair for everyone.
The food selection with the all-inclusive guests had a great selection for adults, but the children's food choices were very limited.
