The hotel has been imaginatively designed in a typically Cypriot design with a light and airy decor found throughout. The interiors have been created with comfort in mind; each apartment has an attractive open living room with settee, a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, spacious en suite, radio, television, air conditioning for the summer months and heating facilities for the winter months.
The complex has a bar area serving refreshing beverages which, are perfect to sip by the Sunny Hill Apartment's private swimming pool. Within the hotel you will also find a cosy TV room for meeting other guests and forming friendships, a billiard table, a dartboard and a sauna for unwinding within after a long day exploring the hotel's surroundings.
The friendly reception staff are always on-hand to provide useful information concerning transport plus advice on what to see and do within the beautiful Paphos district. The Sunny Hill Apartments are situated between Paphos town and Coral Bay, allowing you to visit magnificent sandy beaches, a diverse collection of eateries, historic splendors including the UNESCO recognised Ancient Town of Paphos and cultural events unique to the Cyprus.
For those wanting to stay closer to the hotel, the nearest beach, restaurants, taverns, shops and shuttle bus service are only minutes away.

Avoid!!! They relocated us to the worst rated hotel in Cyprus!!
Our experience with Sunny Hill Hotel Apartments was extremely disappointing. On arrival, after handing over our passports and details, we were told around 15 minutes later that our booked room was flooded. Despite having informed the property in advance of our late arrival, we were left to deal with a last-minute relocation in the early hours of the morning. We were sent to alternative accommodation Marica’s Boutique Hotel that was completely unacceptable the worst rated hotel in Paphos, forcing us to leave and find somewhere else ourselves. This resulted in additional costs, considerable stress and several days of our holiday being wasted while trying to resolve the situation. What should have been a straightforward holiday booking turned into a nightmare. The disruption, inconvenience and lack of a satisfactory resolution completely overshadowed our experience. We would strongly advise future guests to be aware of what happened to us. We finally got full refund off Agoda after 8 days of fighting just avoid this place at all costs! Photos are of the hovel they sent us too.. they told us our room was flooded apparently they do this a lot to get you down to this other hotel. Reported to The Cyprus Tourist Authorities for investigation.

Sad and tired property in need of demolition .
Disappointing . Dirty. Dilapidated.
Looks like it hasnt had any loving care since the 70s. Dangerous appliances and very little cookware and crockery - impossible to self cater . Staff - hit and miss ..Breakfast insipid and unppealing .
Pool area really run down and unsafe .
Bed was surprisingly comfy . Dont come here . The only thing which is nice was the view .

All the other reviews basically say what you need to hear. We had to leave, it was genuinely a health hazard! This hotel needs to be closed down
Worst stay
Absolutely disgusting rooms and staff. One of the worst stays. We checked in at 10pm and there was no water, so we couldn’t even shower, and nobody warned us about it before arrival. The staff refused to refund. The room itself was dirty and old, nothing like the photos, seems like they were taken 20 years ago. It was really unpleasant to be in the room. Filed a complaint to manager about the refund for lack of water and it was just ignored
This place was horrible.
The reception area looks acceptable at first. By the time you enter the rooms and see the real conditions, it is already too late and you realise you have been scammed . The photos online are (2012) . Rooms are dirty, outdated and badly maintained. The paint was peeling and the cooking facilities were almost unusable. We also encountered cockroaches and bedbugs, which staff dismissed instead of addressing seriously. If you are not very concerned about hygiene, maybe you will tolerate it. But if you have basic sanitary standards, this place becomes extremely uncomfortable very quickly. The food presentation was disgusting and the utensils looked greasy and poorly cleaned. It honestly made you lose your appetite and vomit. This accommodation is awful.
