The stay here was great! I Took a massage in the spa. Sandra the therapist was excellent and listen to everything I asked for. The experience was wonderful!
Be extremely careful if you stay here. We stayed at Leonardo Cypria Bay in Room 1075 (August 3–7) and ended up with a severe bed bug infestation.
I informed the receptionist at checkout and showed them the bites, but hotel management completely dismissed the issue, claiming there was no history of pests in the room and deflecting responsibility.
eventually i ended up in an emergency clinic to get treatment because the bites were really bad.
The room was unsafe, unhygienic, and ruined our stay. Do yourself a favor and look for a cleaner, safer hotel in Paphos, especially if you are traveling with family.
Hotel and food were all of an excellent standard . The speciality restaurants were really good quality with great service from waiters such as Kristian.
Pool bar team with Marin and Nikki were also superb and work incredibly hard.
Entertainment team throughout the day are great (David, Vanessa and Lila all fabulous). They organise a range of activities for kids and adults - aqua aerobics, water volley&basketball, table tennis, bottle flipping, ring toss etc. They are bubbly, friendly and engaging and converse in many languages. Kids aren't allowed to join in activities like darts at times which is a shame though.
The Lobby bar is lovely and they had a range of live singers, pianist and a violinist in the evenings. All superb and great chilled out entertainment.
The hotel pool is nice but becomes very crowded at times. Having walked down the coastal path it appears many hotels on this stretch are similar.
5 a side astro was tiny! They hold football tournaments in the evening which becomes a little crazy at times with kids of all ages and abilities mixed in.
Evening entertainment was good with a range of dancing, greek dancing, live singers, bingo and a quiz. All good fun!
The evening entertainment seems to have been moved outside but its not really designed for this and there is a massive shortage of chairs.
A few bits need some minor investment like a new table tennis table net and bats. The white pool ball went missing which was a shame and no replacement forthcoming. Also seemed to be a few injuries on the kids play park but not sure if this was due to parents not supervising correctly!
Overall a great holiday and would recommend. Temperatures in August are very high though. BBC weather App said 32 degrees but definitely felt like 42! Be prepared for the heat!
We visited as a party of 2 adults 1 child in mid August. The hotel itself was great although a short taxi ride away from the harbour & shops. The pool side entertainment was fantastic and Lilla always went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. Her interaction with us was friendly & informative. The evening entertainment was also well organised & accommodated for adults and children. The rooms were clean & had everything required including a safe & fridge.
Lilla was amazing! She works In The entertainment crew - so welcoming and get with the children! Highly recommend this hotel - good food choices - very clean
