Not suitable for couples!
This was our 3rd visit to the hotel and we will definitely not be returning. Pros: Some staff are a credit to this hotel particularly Maria the towel lady, Dialo, Kev and Theo Excellent aqua aerobics instructor The Deluxe executive lounge The hotel location right on the beach Cons: Large groups of loud and rowdy golfers Large groups of wedding party guests We had a Seaview room which was small and was in desperate need of a refurbishment. The complimentary toiletries were just empty boxes! Sunbeds are old and grubby along with the towels that are provided
We were deluxe guests who were supposed to have priority in booking the restaurants but found Tamara, the guest relations officer to be both dismissive and unhelpful in our request to book the specialty restaurants, this was particularly annoying as when we passed the restaurants they were either half full or filled with large golfing parties who were not deluxe Despite signs around the restaurant area stating food is not to be taken round the pool, one day I witnessed one person taking large plates of pizza to his friends who then all sat on the edge of the pool eating it. In summary this hotel isn't suitable for couples looking for a quiet holiday, if you are a wedding party of 50 guests or wanting a lads golfing holiday this is the place to be .... not for us!
Decent enough for a golf group
Came here on a golf trip with a large group so going to review on that basis. Food and drink not bad for an all inclusive, the à la cartes are decent and a reasonable choice on the buffet. Breakfast good but fruit juice takes like something from your school dinner. Room with a sea view on 4th floor was adequate, the bathroom looked new but the shower behaved erratically, flooded the room and the towel holder fell off. The entertainment at times resembled phoenix nights, so bad it was laughable. For a big hotel the main lobby/bar/entertainment area had the ambiance of an airport departure hall, maybe dim the lights a bit ? So would I come back, probably yes for a golf trip but otherwise not for me
Awful experience at this hotel
I would not recommend this hotel, I had an issue with my room and tried to resolve it three times with the front desk staff but was not treated nicely at all. Several family members also encountered rude staff during our stay which was for a family wedding.
I had discovered that I had paid a LOT more for my room (only me occupying) than my family member where there were two of them staying. When I queried this with the front desk I was told to come back the next day, but when I did the lady was very rude to me, told me my family member had received an upgrade and they were lucky, and would I like her to go and remove them from their room?! She was very argumentative and didn’t seem to want to help me at all.
The room itself was quite shabby, the shower oscillates between cold and dangerously hot and the room is definitely NOT luxurious. Very disappointing considering how much I paid.
My room overlooked a service area and was incredibly noisy. After two days of being woken up EVERY night and early EVERY morning I tried again to resolve the issue, the same lady did eventually offer me another room but it was near a busy road and car park and I didn’t want to go to the effort of moving all my stuff to be in the same position. She told me I would have to speak to the manager as she ‘wasn’t allowed’ to downgrade my room to give me a quieter one. The manager isn’t around until 11:00 if you believe that. She didn’t care at all about my experience and made it sound like she was doing me a favour giving me a room at all! Not a relaxing experience like I was expecting.
I notice that since I told the receptionist I’d have no other recourse than to leave a bad review, several ‘glowing’ reviews have turned up on the page specifically mentioning the reception staff! 🤔 They must think people are really stupid! You only have to look at other reviews to see the real picture.
On another note, it was impossible to get booked into any of the restaurants for the entirety of our stay - were we meant to book before we came?! The main restaurant is OK but if you’re hoping to sample some of the others then you will be dissapointed.
It is so noisy here, if you are looking for a peaceful holiday, this is not it.
I’m fully expecting a reply from the hotel management along the line of ‘we’re really sorry, we tried to resolve etc’ because that’s exactly the kind of argumentative attitude I got from them, but please be assured I tried to resolve the problems three times amicably and directly with the hotel and they were not interested.

Perfect hotel i can not fault it in any way. Staff so friendly and helpful
Deluxe AI good location and great staff
Stayed 11 nights in a deluxe room in the 6th floor with side sea view. The room was large with a walk in shower and lots of additional toiletries which was a nice touch. Wine, chocs, on arrival and bottles of water in the room every day. The 6th floor lounge was a good place to visit anytime as drinks and snacks were provided and it was a very chilled atmosphere. Plenty of sunbeds around the grassed area. we could reserve beds but chose not to as there were plenty available, if you are not bothered about being next to the pool. Easy access to the beach but as in Paphos it is a small rocky cove so beach shoes are useful. Nightly entertainment in the lounge bar and by the pool bar. Standard hotel type acts. There is a Night club with a nice seating area outside. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the lady with the pool towels, the pool bar team, housekeeping, everyone and the customer experience manager was always in the dining area checking on people's holidays. We mentioned a small issue to her and a plate of fruit was sent to the room. We tried the specialty restaurants and the Italian was the better one for us, altho the belly dancers in the Lebanese was a good show. Drinks were good with branded spirits used for all our drinks. The food was inconsistent. Somedays were fine but others less so. We did eat out a few times. The bus is close to the front of the hotel so you can get around Paphos easily. Towards the end of our holiday groups of male golfers did begin to arrive and this did make for noisy evenings in the bar and in the corridors in the early hours. It didn't spoil the holiday but it could be overpowering in a small area like the lounge bar. Overall, I am pleased we upgraded to the deluxe AI and would recommend this if you are looking at this hotel, but would also say the food could be improved.
