This pleasant beachside hotel lies in impressive surrounds amidst banana plantations looking out over the fabulous sapphire-blue waters in a small bay. The hotel's sprawling gardens reach as far as the beach and provide an ideal location from whence to enjoy some impressive sunsets. This 4-storey hotel offers guests a wide range of facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. Start your morning with show-cooking buffet breakfast, where you can enjoy freshly prepared omelettes and pancakes. Guests will enjoy the outdoor complex that houses a swimming pool, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. In the evening the Cassiopia Restaurant offers a variety of fresh Mediterranean and international dishes. A selection of restaurants and bars are to be found within 250 metres from the hotel. Business travellers can take advantage of the fully-equipped conference room while those arriving by car can make use of the hotel car park. The tastefully decorated rooms each come with an en suite bathroom and modern amenities.

A calm relaxing haven.
Our first time together in Cyprus. We thought we would book all inclusive and then tour the island. To seaward of the hotel the views are stunning. Rocky coastline, accessible beach, amazing sunsets. Usual scruffy road behind , type that springs up near hotels with shops, cafes, car hire , petrol stations etc. all hoping for a few crumbs from the hotels' tables. The hotel itself was absolutely incredible, So clean, so tidy, so well maintained. Maintenance teams, cleaners , gardeners etc. must work so hard and the place is surely redecorated inside and out at least annually and touched up where necessary throughout the season.
Yet nobody seems to rush which makes for a very calm and welcoming environment for guests for whom no ( reasonable) request .is too much trouble. Waiters glide about the restaurants and bars ensuring plates are cleared, drinks are quicky served. There are no queues at the bar. Take a seat and a waiter appears at your table. If you can't wait, go to the bar and a waiter with take your order, pass it to the barman and within 3 minutes your drink will be served at your table. Sooo civilised. A tip though if you are all-inc, stick to beer and wine, my wife said the cocktails are nice but the house spirits were really not to my taste. I suspect they were all just a spirit base with flavourings added. The so-called rum, gin and brandy were foul. Maybe that's just the norm in Cyprus, I don't know. However by sticking to the house beer and wine I was more than happy AND if you care to you can, and i did, buy branded spirits at a reduced price to all Inclusive guests.
Now the food. Delicious. The head chef is a genius. He and his team made a feast every evening from inexpensive ingredients, By that I give for example neck of lamb, cooked so well it almost dissolved as it fell off the bone. Anyone can cook a fillet steak but it takes real skill to turn a cheap cut into an epicurean delight There was great variety and something for everyone. The salads looked and tasted great and there was always fresh fruit and cheese and the puddings were very appetising Another touch that I really appreciated was that if food found it's way out of it's dish it was quickly cleaned from the worktop by a circulating member of staff. Breakfasts were pretty good too but we rarely took lunch as we hired a car and toured the island.
Like all the public areas our bedroom and bathroom were immaculate and the maid service was outstanding.
Overall this was probably the best hotel experience we have ever had where the staff understand how to make a customer feel like a guest. Not simply tolerated but valued and treated like a friend visiting your home.

Bad all inclusive drinks menu - won't return.
Hotel was alright. First impressions when we arrived on a Saturday night was bingo. Could hardly speak to reception due to the bingo being called out. Not ideal as we were expecting a couples quiet romantic holiday. We were given two mid-looking polystyrene box full of cling film sandwiches, cling film cake, and an cling film apple. We arrived to the room which we upgraded - smelt a little smokey. Premium balcony was good, two sunbeds and an umbrella - not very private though, even getting changed, we needed to close the curtains. The food was good, breakfast and dinner had great options. Snack bar wasn't as good, only included room temp chips/pizza. The drinks were the real downfall for this hotel - it felt like every time we asked for a drink, we were told it wasn't included in the all-inclusive. Prosecco? Not on the list. Pina Colada? Not on the list. Mojito, long island, etc? Not on the list! The cocktails that were included were basic and mostly felt like a glass of fruit juice. Such a disappointment when we paid so much for all-inclusive. For this reason, we wouldn't come back.

Great stay…..
Recently returned after a 2 week stay at Queens Bay Hotel, we had a great stay, the staff are amazing, too many to mention but they’re a credit to the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a great view from the balcony. The choice and standard of the food is excellent and the choice of drinks on the all inclusive is also very good.
There is plenty of sunbeds around the pool and there was a very chilled atmosphere around the pool, many people we met were returning customers and made you feel welcome.
Speaking to other visitors there was an agreement that most would like to see the hotel move to adult only which would stop the wedding parties with children, I’d agree as come away in September as schools have gone back so it’s generally quieter, this though hasn’t stopped us from booking for next year as we had such a great time.

Great service, great staff, good location,
Great hotel between Coral Bay and Paphos. Stayed AI for a week in September. The hotel is down a short steep hill from the main road, not an easy walk up to the bus stops (€2 per trip, €6.5 for a day ticket) if you have any health problems, but it does mean it's very close to the sea with a short path to a small bay if you want to swim in the sea, rather than the 2 pools the hotel has, the smaller of which is indoor. We didn't bother using the pool as can't be bothered with the usual carry on of the invisible sun bathers, who seemingly book every lounger around the pool but don't actually use them. The rooms were spacious enough and in keeping with the rest of the hotel were possibly the cleanest I've ever been in, absolutely top-notch housekeeping staff. Food at the hotel was very good, a wide variety of hot/cold and constantly topped up during service. Wide range of drinks available in the AI option, but even if you wanted premium alternatives they were half price for AI customers. Minor thing, why not give bands to customers who are AI, as every time you want a drink you have to give room numbers? This was noted in several reviews we read before booking so doesn't seem likely to change. The hotel does seem to be a favourite amongst the more mature visitor, many of whom seemed to be regulars which says a lot. If you're looking for young and lively you may be disappointed. Our visit was for a family wedding and there were various groups in surrounding hotels/villas and our main problem was getting taxis to them, as was only around 1 or 2km which most taxis we tried didn't consider it was worth the effort. Bolt were worse than useless, not once did we get a taxi from the numerous attempts over several days and at various times. At one point a member of reception staff 'helped', resulting in a 1km 4min trip for €20 with a driver that I had to guide. Really put into perspective when we got a taxi back from Paphos town, around 7km for €15. We didn't ask for her help again... Overall a great stay, made better by fantastically hard-working and very friendly staff, if you're looking for quiet, relaxing stay close to Paphos then you could do a lot worse.

Amazing hotel 10/10
Absolutely wonderful stay – we would 100% return!
We stayed at Queens Bay in August for a wedding with a large party, and honestly, we couldn’t fault the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. You could genuinely tell that the staff cared about their guests and wanted everyone to have a lovely stay.
The food was absolutely amazing. We had a few fussy eaters within our group, so we weren’t sure how everyone would find the food, but we needn’t have worried. Everybody complimented the food every single night. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we didn’t even want to go out into the town for dinner in case we missed something good at the hotel! There was always plenty of choice and something for everyone.
The staff really made the holiday special. They were friendly, welcoming and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel looked after. My little boy became particularly popular with the staff, which he absolutely loved! As a parent, it was so reassuring and genuinely warming to see how much the staff interacted with him and made him feel welcome.
A special shoutout to Donna, Ivan, Rumba, Catherine, Jahid, Albie, JD, Natasha, Manveer, Suni, Eizu, Maggie and Ingride — you all made such a positive impression on us and helped make our stay so memorable.
The pool was absolutely fine, although it was understandably quite warm during our August stay. However, there is also an indoor pool which is much cooler and looks out towards the sea. Even though it’s indoors, the views mean it still has that lovely outdoor feel, so it was a great alternative when the main pool was too warm.
Cleanliness was 10/10. We genuinely couldn’t fault it anywhere. The hotel was spotless, and the toilets were regularly cleaned throughout the day. Everything felt well maintained and looked after.
If I could make one suggestion, it would be to invest a little more into the entertainment. We did enjoy the bingo and the singers, but we think a little more variety and investment in the evening entertainment would make an already great hotel even better.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. It’s a really, really lovely hotel, with fantastic food, brilliant staff and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. We had such a great experience, especially being there with a large group for a wedding.
We would 100% go back again and would happily recommend Queens Bay to anyone looking for a lovely hotel in Cyprus. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️
