The King Jason Hotel

We stayed here for 10 nights and what a perfect 10 nights we had. This is such a beautiful, spotlessly clean horel, where staff can’t do enough for you and work tirelessly throughout the day. We stayed in an executive suite, which was so big, with a lounge area, bedroom area and shower/bathroom area. Tea and coffee making facilities too. I can’t remember the last time we stayed somewhere and we could actually get ready in the bathroom area after showering without everything being steamed up. The room was cleaned daily by the most friendly staff. Sun beds were easy to come by, some days busier than others but if you’re not fussy where you spend the day you’ll easily get a sunbed after 9.30am. Drinks are delivered to your sunbeds if you want or you can go upto the deck bar for your own. The food was delicious and something for everyone and we would defintely recommend the tasting evening in the al a carte. Don’t let the menu make you wary as every single dish is delicious (particularly the jungle salad). The entertainment is quite scarce, there’s a very entertaining Nikolas and a few more singers, but as a hotel they don’t say there is entertainment, but when there is it makes a nice change. The only thing that stops this being a 5 star is its location, it’s slightly out in a residential area. After a few evening walking down to the harbour we found quicker routes each time and it did only take around 15 minutes. There is a shuttle bus that runs regularly throughout the day upto 8pm, which we used a couple of times. There really is nothing negative to say about this hotel and I’m sure anybody who visits would say the same.

I visited the King Jason between 26/07/26 and the 02/08/26. This was the second time I have visited the hotel accompanied by my wife and daughter. We returned to the hotel following a terrific holiday in the summer of 2024. We were allocated a spacious room on the ground floor following a request we made prior to arriving at the hotel which was much appreciated. The hotel is adults only and it is clear that the food offering, the range of drinks etc. are all geared to meeting the needs of it’s target clientele. 2 of our party are Vegan and the hotel was able to meet our needs which included having a specific Vegan taster menu in the Peruvian restaurant. The all inclusive drinks included branded drinks and the Aperol Spritz was much appreciated by both my wife and daughter! The hotel has a laid back atmosphere and if you are looking for day long entertainment then that is not on offer. The hotel is also in a residential area so if you want to go to the harbour/sea front you can either walk or use the hotel’s courtesy mini bus. I should particularly like to highlight the exceptional service delivered by all the staff whether at the lobby bar, the pool bar or the restaurant. The staff go the extra mile and the pool bar staff going around the pool area taking and delivering drinks orders is beyond what you receive in most all inclusive hotels. Lastly, in addition to the exceptional staff service the General Manager, Thomas demands a specific mention for his focus on delivering the highest level of service and for how he personally responds to customer feedback. I would unreservedly recommend this hotel to friends and family who are looking for a laid back adults holiday backed by exceptional service.
