Cap St Georges Hotel and Resort

Room serviced for the first time on day 3. Sheets not changed. Dirty dressing gown, cups and glasses left. Pictures of room are after it was serviced for the first time on day 3. Everything is so far to walk to. It’s a complete maze. Nothing explained. WhatsApp concierge is an absolute wind up - AI service. Hotel situated in the middle of nowhere. Over priced. Room not ready at 3pm check in. Room cards deactivated on day 2 at 11 and locked out for 2 hrs. Despite room not being cleaned, we had a male and 2 females on 3 occasions let themselves in and startle us. Once with towels we don’t request or need, water and another time offering us a chocolate bar. Turns out the chocolate bar was a mini bar item we were missing and chargeable at €10. Fruit removed from room whilst we were out.
Half board charged in room rate and not explained or honored. Service in beach bar restaurant called Kohilli is poor. Female there said at 11:30 kitchen opens at 12. I explained we missed breakfast due to being at hospital and was told we could have a drink and wait till 12 to eat. Other than crisps or a snicker bar available in the so called ‘convenience store’, we had no choice but to wait. Nothing edible on site at this time. My son needed to take antibiotics on a full stomach. We were then ignored despite obvious attempts to get attention. 12:15 she took the order. No rush or consideration. She prioritized setting up and preparing another large table next to us. Not what one would expect considering the €950/per night room rate and 5 star rating. Nothing whatsoever to do in the evening. Pool tables only available in the day and unless you have your own balls and cue, prepare for a walk about. Beach cabanas always full. Kids menu limited. A chicken fillet burger on kids menu was covered in dill, burger sauce, cheese onions and tomato. Kids salad covered in French dressing. Noise from loud guests next door and a crying baby at night. The most vulgar pompous environment I’ve ever experienced. No idea why anyone would return.

From the moment I arrived at Cap St Georges, Daniela and Sofiia were incredibly helpful, professional and attentive. The service they provide is truly exceptional, and they are always present and available for anything a guest may need — from information and recommendations to assistance with any request. Their warm, caring and genuinely welcoming approach made my stay even more enjoyable. Excellent service and a real commitment to making every guest feel well looked after.
