our experience fell far below expectations. Upon arrival, both rooms were in an unacceptable state, with extensive mold, rubbish under the beds, broken beds, flies inside the kettle, and one toilet that had not been cleaned properly. The balcony doors in both rooms were also faulty, and the rooms had a persistent sewage smell throughout our stay. As we were all-inclusive, we were also very disappointed with the buffet, where there were very limited choices, roughly ten options, flies covering the food, and mold visible in the restaurant area. The food was also undercooked alot the time or freezing cold. The soft drinks dispenser often didn't work properly, serving only soda water or flat juice. When we asked reception about moving rooms due to the cleanliness and maintenance issues, the staff were dismissive and no satisfactory solution was offered. We did note that the bar and entertainment staff themselves worked hard and were friendly, but it was clear they were understaffed, often with just one person covering the entire bar. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, food hygiene concerns, lack of staffing, poor customer service at reception, and general condition of the hotel significantly impacted our holiday. This was not the standard of accommodation or service that was advertised, This place is also very secluded and a car is a must if you want to explore as the buses take a while and are often packed.

Wow. Just wow. Arrived to rooms looking nothing like the pictures, room covered in mould, rooms seriously outdated. If you think your not a fussy eater i challenge you to attempt the worst 4* hotel buffet i think I will ever experience, lucky if u have 5 options at it, everything looks like prison food probably worse than prison food(will leave you a pic of the ‘pork’ on display one night, couldn’t even cook chips properly they were raw on our last day, was totally disheartened to pay all inclusive and not be able to get one proper meal across a whole week, one beer option on draught and was Hurrendous a tough drink even for a guy who can drink just about anything, no decent cocktails. overall a horrible experience and we will absolutely not be back
