Staff are so lovely and friendly. The views and area are amazing, quite a few beaches all walkable, good boat tours available. Breakfast and dinner buffets were really good, the entertainment was great film night and Greek night was fun. Rooms are dated but have all you need. Would definitely recommend coming here!
The hotel is absolutely wonderful. We are very happy with the location. The staff is extremely friendly and provides excellent service. Highly recommended!
We spent a week here for our honeymoon.
ROOM- We were in room 222, which was a restricted view. We weren’t fazed by the lack of view and we didn’t plan on spending all our time in the room. The AC was fantastic and kept the room lovely and cool. The only downside was that the bathroom window was directly in the shower and had no privacy filter. We had to put a towel over the window to cover ourselves. Other reviews have stated the smell of sewage; which there is for the first 2 seconds of running the shower, it’s very quickly gone after! The staff will come clean the room if you place the ‘make my room’ in the door. We were given a bottle of wine and a dessert as a honeymoon gift which was very lovely and unexpected.
FOOD & DRINKS- The restaurants consist of 4 places to eat. The main buffet, breakfast and dinner. Both were good food with a nice variety, it does seem that they only change 1/2 meals. There is a lunch restaurant by the downstairs pool, has prices but is free for all inclusive. Really good meals, good variety and very quick. The pool bar- the roof top bar had a ‘quick’ lunch selection. Including burgers, pizza; hotdogs, and pastas. Honestly great if you want an easy meal. And finally the La Luna, which is chargeable but you get 1 free meal. Honestly the highlight of dinners, is very expensive if paying but would be worth it either way. Included steak and lobster and the meals were fantastic. The drink package was a good variety on all inclusive, you can pay for more options if wanted. We didn’t really drink as I am pregnant, but the staff were fantastic to make the cocktails into mocktails to accommodate.
POOLS - we spent most of our time on the rooftop pool as it always seemed quieter out of the two, you don’t get many people putting down towels to ‘reserve’ spaces which is nicer. HOWEVER- the major downside we found was the chemical levels in the pool seemed very off, our skin, nails and clothing if white, turned yellow after time in the pool. It would wash out in the shower but has stained some clothing.
ENTERTAINMENT- We found this to be very hit and miss, the Greek night was beautiful and we had a wonderful time getting included, but we found the ‘bingo and quiz night’ ended up with some weird rave music that was very loud, it was feeling more like a nightclub then a calm hotel.
Our flight home is at midnight and we’ve been assured that following check out we are allowed to continue using the all inclusive until we leave, which is a massive assurance!
We would definitely come again, with an upgraded room and darker swimming costumes!
The best experience of my life, everything was perfect.
Lovely staff. Great service. Slight issue on arrival with damp smell in room but cleared with air con by following evening. Amazing food - the selection is excellent. Thoroughly enjoying our holiday!
