Great family resort
The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and offered great overall amenities for families. The resort was extremely clean, and our private pool was a huge hit and a fun novelty for our two girls. We loved the convenience of the buffet-style restaurants with no need for advance reservations. The water park offered a great variety of fun slides. A special shout-out goes to Jenny from the entertainment team, who was fantastic with our two girls.
Excellent holiday hotel for kids and adults
Positive: I would especially like to highlight the excellent service, room service, and the wonderful atmosphere near the beach, which made me feel very relaxed and happy. There was also a great variety of choices available. The kids’ area was excellent — very spacious and with lots of activities for children. There are also many activities and facilities available throughout the hotel, making it a great place for families. The wellness spa was excellent. I had a pedicure and manicure with Mrs. Marianna, and she did a wonderful job. I really appreciated her patience, care, and attention to detail during both the pedicure and manicure. I also loved the small and elegant church located in front of the hotel. It is a beautiful and peaceful feature that adds a special charm to the property. Negative: The bathrooms in the rooms are quite small. We chose this hotel especially for my son because he loves swimming. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather, we were unable to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. I really wish the hotel would consider turning on the pool heater during colder weather. My son was freezing, and this was quite disappointing for us. Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, especially the excellent service, spa, kids’ area, activities, and beautiful beach atmosphere. However, the swimming pool situation was a significant disappointment for us.
