Amazing
There were some things we could complain about, but overall, our experience was amazing.
From my daughter’s perspective: She loved the mini disco. Even though they played the same music and had the same dance moves every day, she still had a lot of fun. The same goes for the games in between. They often played the same games, such as passing the ball and musical chairs, which became a little boring for us adults.
The restaurant was a little crowded, but the food was good. There were plenty of options, and we always found something we enjoyed eating.
Some of the waiters were not very friendly, but there was one particular waiter named Giannis who was exceptionally friendly and nice. He always smiled, offered us drinks, and even brought drinks to our table. We really appreciated his kindness and excellent service.
We did have a small issue with the cleanliness of our room. I complained and asked about the room-cleaning routine. Unfortunately, they did not properly clean our bathroom, especially the toilet bowl, and they simply left the toilet brush inside. The cleaning chemical they used was also very strong, and our daughter started coughing when we entered the room. It was also a little difficult to communicate with the cleaners because they did not speak English.
The location was good. It was not too far from the beach, and there was a supermarket within walking distance.
We also had a good room. It was not noisy at all, except when other guests passed by in the hallway. Other than that, we slept peacefully and had no disturbances.
Overall, our experience with the food, pools, and activities was amazing. Despite a few minor issues, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time there.
An extra highlight of our vacation was when I booked a spa and massage session.
Efi offered me a chance to have some relaxing time, and I happily took it. She booked me an appointment for later in the afternoon, after our swimming day, which was perfect timing.
My therapist, Dominyka, was really good. She made sure I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole session. She gave me a gentle and smooth massage, and I truly enjoyed it.
Thank you, Dom! I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. It was a wonderful addition to our vacation.
Amazing animation
The animation team was amazing. i’ve had a great time during my stay. The guys from animation Giulia, Stella and Riccardo are so funny, polite and their smile made my days better. the activities are great , many people played together and had fun. the chief animator was the only bad point of this, she was never there when they needed help , and she was always mad and rude to them and to the guests. the hotel and the stuff was fine, i enjoyed a lot.
Very recommendable massage.
I think the massaging table was slightly too small since my head didn't quite fit in the breathing hole. My massager (Dominyka) was very discreet and friendly so that was a huge plus. Overally a very high quality massage.
Restaurant bien
We only thank Eva from the restaurant! She is so amazing with our children everyday.
