Amazing hotel with lovely staff
Nana Princess is a superb resort and we had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the outside area with private pool perfect for lounging. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. The public areas are stunning too. Breakfast is delicious and we had a great meal at Meat in Point. There are plenty of restaurants nearby in Stalis (walking distance) and further afield in Koutouloufari and Old Hirsonissos. Next door at Nana Golden Beach there's a fun water park and excellent exercise classes, although the gym at Nana Princess is also perfectly well equipped.
Big shout-out to the amazing staff: Chrysa in the guest relations team helped us to plan a really fun excursion in the local area, with our rather random specifications, and all her colleagues were always incredibly quick and helpful to respond on WhatsApp for restaurant bookings, cabs etc. Vassilis down at the beach provided wonderful service and great chats. Waiting staff at breakfast and in the bars and restaurants are super helpful and efficient.
Finally, I must mention how much we appreciated the compassion and kindness shown by Sofia when we approached the hotel on our return home regarding a stray cat we encountered there. This really went above and beyond and the outcome was truly heartwarming. Thank you all!

A truly high-end hotel with exceptional service and stunning quiet-luxury design. Everything is impeccably clean, the breakfast is excellent, the gym is very well equipped, and the beach is beautiful and pleasant.

Outstanding
We had a very relaxing stay here. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, it was clear that the staff team were committed to ensuring we felt welcome and had the best time. Standards of customer service and hotel cleanliness, along with the spa and dining experience, were all excellent. There were also some additional acts of kindness that made our stay extra special. In particular, Sophia and her team provided exceptional service.

Everything about our stay was truly outstanding. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are exceptional, and every detail is taken care of to the highest standard.
What made our experience even more special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, helpful and genuinely welcoming throughout our entire stay. The level of service was truly exceptional.
This has easily been one of the best hotel experiences of my life. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be returning!

I would just like to express as much as possible, just how fantastic our stay at Nana Princess suites and villas was, from the very first our arrival was seamless, smooth and the most welcoming from Robert, we were impressed from the beginning, our room was beautiful, spacious and as all the resort, spotlessly clean, no detail was missed, comfortable and relaxing comes to mind, our experience throughout our 11 day stay in room 414 was absolutely fantastic, breakfast is a wonderful experience with beautiful music in the background played by a saxophonist or pianist, but I have to say the one thing that stood out for us, apart from all the beautiful surroundings we were in, was the whole team of staff!! Never have I experienced such welcoming people, too many to name but all made us so so welcome and nothing was too much trouble, a special shout out to The Artemis Bar team of Chrysa and Alex, they are such a credit to your hotel, also lovely Kasi and Precious at breakfast and in the restaurants, they are superb and lovely Dora also, but absolutely everyone was outstanding, the lovely gents in the buggies also, and the lovely housekeeping staff also, our favourite restaurant was the Seafood one, exceptional experience, but also concierge staff gave us fantastic advice of local Tavernas which we wanted to experience, even when it was time to leave our vacation, it’s the first time I actually felt emotional leaving a hotel, we WILL return, we 100% recommend this beautiful relaxing hotel, it’s a whole different level with beautiful people to welcome you, Thankyou All Lynn & Kieran
