There are good and bad points about this Hotel in our opinion.The rooms are dated and the air con wasnt very good at all.The mattresses are VERY firm.On the plus side the shower was hot throughout our stay.The wifi works well in the room and the towels are changed regularly.The room cleaning is very good.Reception staff and cleaners are very nice and the grounds are quite well maintained.The food in our opinion is average to say the least.There is a decent selection but some of it is greasy The bacon isnt as you get in England and the porridge was like water.The baked beans and mushrooms were good so we had these most mornings.The food at the bar at lunch time cant be faulted.Evening meals .... We ate out 7 nights out of 10 and when we did eat there the waiter serving drinks was Rude. When i said i would like to pay for my drinks by card.he puffed his cheeks and made us feel uncomfortable.It took 15 mins for us to finish eating what we had by which time our drinks still hadnt arrived so i politely said that we didnt need the drinks as we had finished.Again he huffed and said ive orderd them now and i said well that was 15 mins ago and we left.He was proberbly the rudest waiter i have met in my 20+ visits to Stalis. The pool areas are good.Dont try to play crazy golf or table tennis as the astro turf is all ripped on the crazy golf and the table tennis table is cracked and broken.Over all some areas of the hotel are in good condition while some need urgent updating.
Lovely family run family hotel. Exceptionally clean
Really lovely clean hotel, friendly staff! Warm chilled out atmosphere.. Traditional Greek ambiance. Slightly dated, in the rooms, but extremely good value for money for a 3 star. Pretty gardens. Would definitely recommend. Be wary that theres a few steps to some of hotel rooms and no lifts. Especially for people that could struggle with these. Good location in-between Stalis and Malia. Plenty to see and do. You can walk to the beach, but it's about 25mins walk. Sralis main strip is 10mins away. Plenty of nice shops and lovely restaurants and bars. Would definitely come back..

Lovely hotel
This is a lovely family run hotel. Staff are so polite and helpful. Food is really nice. I personally loved all of the food. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping come every day except Sunday. Ex ellent location to walk to .alia, Hersonissis and int Stalis itself. Loads of places to eat, drink etc if you are just BnB. I will be back again for sure. Quiz and bingo are hillarious......

Another lovely stay
Myself, husband and daughter stayed at this hotel (again) twice this year and I really cannot fault all of the staff there. We have been visiting this hotel now for the past 10 years (except covid), yes it's a little dated but at least it has character. Personally, I'm not one for five star clinical hotels that are part of a big chain and are the same no matter where you go but each to their own. In my view, with what the hotel provides you would be hard pushed to find a better 3 star hotel. The food is good, there is always something to eat unless you are an extremely fussy eater. The drinks prices are reasonable (you get what you pay for) and entertainment is provided which is also very good. We are always made to feel very welcome and look forward to returning.

Best hotel in stalis
Fantastic hotel, rooms clean great value for money , staff are outstanding, friendly, kind and can't do enough for you. Been 6 times now, will definitely be going again.
