So disappointed with the management from this Hotel. I will start with the ok points. The food and service in the buffet restaurant was standard and typical for a hotel in this category. This hotel appears really nice when looking at online photos however in reality the rooms are tiny. They would suit sole use. My husband broke his toe in the room getting out of the shower when the towel rail fell onto his toe. This happened because of the cramped conditions. The staff responded quickly and cleaned up the blood as his toenail was hanging off. This ruined our holiday to a certain extent as we enjoy walking and my husband couldn't do this although he managed to limp around the hotel. The assistant manager did ask if he needed to see a doctor but we declined this as a hotel doctor would cost a fortune and even though this would not have happened if the room was not so cramped there was no offer from the hotel to pay for this and also their is not much anyone can do for a broken toe. In addition check out times ate 11am and our flight was a late evening flight. We asked if we could pay to keep the room on the day of departure and was told to ask at 6pm the day before. We decided we could not risk my husband limping around for hours so paid for a flight home earlier. I must say the assistant manager was not helpful in the slightest. The main toilets for the reception area and bar are dirty and lacked basic amenities on several occasions. The bar area was a nice setting but a young man mixing the drinks appeared to become agitated when anyone asked for a drink. He obviously hated his job and this was apparent to not only ourselves. We never managed to get a sunbed around the main pool on any occasion as they were all taken early even though no one was siyting on them. We go to Greece every year but doubt we will rerun to Crete after this experience. This hotel does not cater to its guests needs and is only concerned with making money.

Lucky upgrade to a suite, with private pool, overlooking the bay .
Staff wonderful and friendly.
Slightly chaotic at meal times (could be due to poor weather, people taking longer to enjoy breakfast/lunch/dinner )
À la carte - when poor weather , needs a better inside location - staff fabulous, food was wonderful, but floor flooded and generally room needs softer lights and better decor - only negatives
Exercise team - so friendly , need better location
Overall lovely break (in poor weather), would return
Great hotel for couples
Location was ideal, on the beach and straight into the main town for nice walks. We did get upgraded on arrival which was very nice. Meals were excellent (can be busy at peak times) lots of choices. Bar staff were very attentive and you would often get served at your seat the large bar area. Staff all round were excellent always friendly and helpful.
Holiday yoga seasons were led by great staff, I do advise trying it out. Just would like the hotel to give more them more space.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel at the end of September and beginning of October, and we absolutely loved our stay!
The hotel is fantastic, and the staff are extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming. The waiters were especially attentive and always made us feel well taken care of. We would also like to give a special mention to Alice and Natalia at the reception — both ladies were wonderful and very helpful!
The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of choices. A big thank you to all the chefs! And the desserts deserve a special 10 out of 10 — absolutely delicious! 🍰
We would also like to mention the evening entertainment. The hosts and the girls who come on Wednesdays and Thursdays did a fantastic job. The atmosphere was lively, fun, and we really enjoyed the shows!
We honestly can’t say anything negative about the hotel. We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable! We will definitely come back again! ❤️
