This hotel and bungalow complex located in Stalis (Crete) offers its guests a unique brand of warmth, hospitality and friendship. The place has 127 double and family rooms in different buildings and it lies only 200 metres away from a beautiful sandy beach and is very convenient for the entertainment and shopping centre in the village itself. There are several swimming pools (also 2 for children) in the grounds and other on-site amenities include a gymnasium and a hot tub. Guests can enjoy themselves playing billiards and table tennis. Other organised activities include bingo and quizzes. The main restaurant offers Greek and international cuisine, and can organise lunch baskets on request, and 3 bars serve coffee, cocktails, etc., the main bar until late. All rooms and bungalows have individually-controlled air-conditioning/heating and a furnished balcony or terrace, etc.

Nice hotel in good location
Stayed here with my husband 19th September till 29th firstly room was very nice apart from the bathroom which hadn't been updated no walk in shower, I did ask about changing the room there was no availability on arrival to do this so I decided due to the room having a lovely view we'd put up with it. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, cleaners did an excellent job every day. Drinks were okay certainly had worse in other hotels, the food was nothing exceptional just normal AI although I didn't think there was a great deal of choice but its not a huge hotel like some ive stayed in. We did eat out quite a lot but that was our choice as there as loads of great restaurants in Stalis. Location is very good literally 5 mins from the beach, you just need to go under the underpass and there is at least 3 in close proximity to the hotel, bus stop within 5 mins walk also. The only negative is the adult only pool! As soon as someone goes in the water it sloshes over and floods all the sunbathing area this then becomes very slippery and in my opinion very dangerous I nearly slipped also if you have a bag with you next to your sunbed it will get soaked this is a serious health and safety issue which I really hope the hotel sorts out in the future. I certainly wouldn't return if this wasn't sorted out. Overall we had a enjoyable holiday.

Fantastic holiday
A lovely stay at this hotel. Location is excellent – short walk using the underpass to get down to the bars or the beach. We found the bed and the pillows very comfortable. The room was cleaned very well with regular fresh towels and sheets. The grounds of the hotel are really well maintained and everywhere is very clean. We found all staff to be friendly and helpful. It would be great if the hotel would include rosé wine as part of the AI drinks offering! Already planning a return visit next year! If you like a good coffee, go to the end of the drive turn right walked past the supermarket and there is a fantastic little coffee shop called Coffee Break. .
Excellent Stay
Brilliant hotel. Very good choice of food at both breakfast,lunch & dinner. Room was spacious,had plenty of storage space & cleaned every day as well as fresh towels daily & sheets changed every 2 days. Whole hotel was spotless & well maintained. 2 adult only pools next to one another & a 3rd pool with children's section,both of which had a bar with self service beer,wine & soft drinks. Bar staff served spirits & cocktails. All staff were very friendly & helpful.Hotel is in an excellent position only 5 minutes from beach & main strip in Stalis. Would definitely stay again if we ever return to Stalis
Brilliant stay and wonderful staff in every department of hotel.
The hotel was spotless and cleaning staff were excellent, location was fantastic for us and all staff are very friendly and always available to help when required, staff at bars inside hotel and at pool were brilliant and always helpful to all customers.The room we had was perfect for us with a really good view over balcony, value for money for us in every aspect and we have had a great experience here.
Disappointed 😞
Definately not a 4 star hotel.Rooms are poor,dim lighting,no drawers or cabinets just wardrobe with a fridge in it ! cracked sink,shower head glued together.Pay 3 euros for pool towels each time you change it none refundable plus one deposit 10 euros refunded at the end of your stay.Not what we expected very disappointed.One bed left at adult pool at 10am the time.Pool snack and drinks very limited.Book a different hotel unless you want a 2 star at 4 star rates !
