Best animation team
This has to be one of the best hotel I’ve been in and Max and Nate made the entertainment part super awesome I will definitely come back Max and Nate are the animators that I’ve see at the hotel I would definitely come back just for them the hotel is clean and the food is really good the stuff was pleasant and kind and understanding to all of our requests. Thank you Max and Nate

The location is a bit out the way although it is on the beach which is good but not much around to do unless you get transport. Rooms are nice but not clean at all, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned after 4 days of it being left alone and even then they either didn’t change bedding or towels, very basic cleaning in the rooms if there is any. The entertainment team are great and there is a lot to do around the pool and in the evening. The food disappointed everyone in the party i went with. The options were bland and the same food was served morning through evening everyday, this lead to us getting food out of the hotel 4 out of the 7 nights we stayed at the hotel. The all inclusive package is not worth it. Overall the hotel is more like a 3 star.
Not gluten free friendly
Recently visited this hotel with family. On first impressions before arriving I contacted hotel multiple times by email and telephone number to discuss my son’s gluten allergy. No response for 5 days until the night before. So not great. Arrived late and the restaurant manager was great accommodating my son. But unfortunately went downhill from here. Waiting staff were great but the trying to find someone to give us GF bread every morning was a problem. Every morning same problem. Restaurant manager was too busy filling his own plate to eat. Eventually went to reception desk to complain and things improved. But unfortunately the Manager was extremely rude and not helpful at all. As for hotel it’s very basic more a 3 star. Entertainment team Max and Nate were amazing as were bar staff and waiting staff. Same bathroom towels for whole week and when I asked to change the cleaner said she had none to replace them. Hotel is ok and you pay for what you get. Beach is dirty and sunbeds rusty and broken. The Mitsis further down the beach was lovely, clean and lovely beds. It could be so nice here but so many things needs to improve.

Max and Nate have done an amazing entertaining for the whole stay,i hope they get a raise, Kos is a beautiful city and the hotel was up to standard and the stuff was excellent and understanding i do not regret coming to Hippocrates, i will definitely come back to Hippocrates thank you very much Max and Nate for making my holidays special and memorable.
Just ok
Had a lovely week in kos, but that’s because we spent lots of time and money outside the hotel!
Our room was fine and aircon ok (but bathroom needs updating, big crack in tiles)
Room was serviced regularly.
Pool area rammed, and not enough beds, also very noisy.
Food is poor (breakfast ok,), but lovely salads.
Drinks are good, didn’t feel they were watered down.
Staff lovely including entertainment boys.
hotel beach is disgusting and depressing. To the left of the hotel bit (facing the sea) is a lovely beach bar. Comfy beds, 10 euro with a free beer.
Most days we got a taxi to lambi beach (11 euro). Free beds if you buy drinks etc, beach is lovely.
Lots of positive reviews on here from first time reviewers, is the hotel offering an incentive?
No we wouldn’t go again, but got a very cheap deal so had money in the budget to go out.
