DO NOT HAVE A MASSAGE!!! My fiance and I booked a massage as a relaxing treat whilst staying at this horrible hotel. Wasn't the best experience, but decided to stick it out. After the massage was finished, we were asked to fill in a review on trip advisor before we left. Little did we realise, they literally stand over you, watch you type, and one woman, Lily, literally took my phone out of my hands, completed the review for me, without my consent, she posted it!! Anyway, my massage was with Sofia. Heavy handed, and not very relaxing. A couple of hours later, I was, and still am, in alot of pain in my lower back. Since returning home, 4 days ago, I've had to book an urgent appointment with a chiropractor. I made the spa aware of my back not being right whilst there, and they made it clear they didn't care. I will be taking this further, as the pain is unbearable, and don't want them hurting anyone else, so please, DO NOT USE THE SPA SERVICES!!!!!
