The hotel is situated only 5 m from the sea at Platys Gialos beach. The airport is roughly 3 km away, while the town of Mykonos lies at a distance of 3.5 km. There is a bus station and taxi station next to the hotel. The air-conditioned hotel has a total of 36 rooms and a lobby with a hotel safe. Furthermore, the hotel has its own bar, with a view of the sea, a restaurant and a TV room. Laundry services and parking are also available as well as Internet access. All rooms are fitted with luxurious and modern furniture. They are fully equipped as standard with air-conditioning individually adjusted. Leisure facilities include a swimming pool, a sauna and a gym. All kind of water sports are available on the beach as well as a playground next to the hotel. Guests may enjoy traditional Greek cuisine, snack bar and Italian restaurant in the premises of the complex.

Beautiful location, let down by how guests were treated
The location is fantastic — one of the best things about the stay. The cleaning staff in the annex were also excellent.
However, partway through our stay we were told at 10am that we had to vacate our room, and weren’t able to move into a replacement until 12:30pm — losing half a day of our holiday packing up, waiting, and unpacking again elsewhere.
What happened next was stranger still: our old room number was taken off the wall, the bed was removed, and a desk was put in — seemingly turned into an office overnight. A couple of days later, after we saw some official looking people walking around that area, everything was put back exactly as before and new guests were checked into the same room. This wasn’t just our room — it happened to every room along our row by the long swimming pool.
We asked management for an explanation of why this happened and for some form of compensation given the disruption. We were told it was due to an “operational issue beyond our control,” with no further detail, and our request for compensation was refused outright, though they did offer to change our room again, but we didn’t want to lose another half day packing/unpacking again.
Reading other reviews since, it sounds like our situation may have actually been fairly mild compared to what’s happened to other guests and the rooms they were allocated — which says a lot about how consistently this is managed.

Dirty hotel.
Bad service. Rooms not clean. Reception staff not nice. Be careful going to this hotel it is the worst in Mykonos. We were 6 rooms on a weekend in August and we were all disappointed with everything in this hotel. Be careful going near there!!!

Absolutely unacceptable experience
The hotel was absolutely catastrophic from start to finish. The service was horrible, and one of the employees spoke to me extremely disrespectfully and even had the nerve to raise his voice at me. This is completely unacceptable behavior towards a guest.
The rooms are NOTHING like the photos shown when booking. They are disgusting, dirty, poorly maintained, and honestly shocking. There is not even a proper window in the room.
To make matters worse, we were placed in an annex located around 10 minutes away from the actual hotel, with no car or transportation provided to take us there or bring us back. We were simply left to deal with it ourselves.
The staff were rude, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. Not once did we feel welcomed or respected as guests.
This hotel is an absolute disaster and does not come close to the standard it advertises. The difference between what is shown online and what we actually experienced is outrageous.
I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to STAY AWAY. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
Overpriced, unfriendly staff, poor facilities, and misleading photos
Hotel is in great location on the beach, there are shops and restaurants nearby, also the bus station is 3 minutes away.
The price is too high, poor value for the money.
We booked a quadruple room for three people, but we were given an “upgrade” to a sea-view room that was significantly smaller than the room we had originally booked.
An extra bed had been placed in the room, but there was simply not enough space for it. As a result, we could not open the balcony door, and even the refrigerator could not be opened properly.
When we reported the problem at the reception, the staff were initially very rude and seemed unable to understand what the actual problem was, arguing that we had been given a sea view that we had not even paid for. After a lengthy discussion, they eventually agreed to move us to another room the following day. We had to check out in the morning and then wait until the afternoon to check in to the new room.
The receptionist’s attitude throughout this process was particularly unpleasant and unprofessional.
The second room had a whirlpool, which was basically just a small pool filled with cold water. Nevertheless, we were satisfied with the room, although once again, it was not the room we had originally paid for.
The fact is that the room prices are highly overpriced considering what is actually offered, and the rooms are poorly equipped. The photos on the hotel’s website are also not representative of the actual condition of the rooms.
The restaurant on the beach and the beach itself do not belong to the hotel. The prices for sun loungers on the beach are very high: €100 for the first two rows and €70 for the back rows. There is no other option, as there is no space on the beach where you can simply put your own towel.
You are also not allowed to bring your own food or drinks to the sun loungers. The prices at the beach bar are extremely high — cocktails cost €25, and a 1-litre beer costs €25 (it is not possible to order a smaller amount).
The breakfast is exactly the same every day: eggs, one type of sausage and cheese, yogurt, some pastries, watermelon, melon, and a pancake machine that works only as long as there is batter available. Once the batter runs out, it is not replenished.
Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10:30 a.m., but after 10:00 a.m. the food starts running out and the machines are switched off.
The view from the dining area, however, is very beautiful.
