Was extremely excited about this hotel it appeared to tick all the boxes, however things didn’t turn out as hoped. The room was extremely small, way too small for a family of 3 as we were, also the bathroom doors were extremely creaky, waking others up in the night. The buffet restaurant was another big disappointment, nice food, fresh and cooked well but the variety was extremely limited. Initially in the stay the service was very poor too, until I put in a complaint with guest services then it was top notch after this, so they listened at least. One reason we chose this hotel was a waterpark on site, however, they only open one or two slides at any time, putting this down to ‘safety’ which was absolutely nonsense, they clearly just didn’t employ enough staff, had we known about this beforehand we would have chosen a different hotel, the lazy river is great though and the pools are very nice, however again disappointed they didn’t have any deeper areas where you can dive. The hotel has its own part of the beach with bar which is great, advise beach shoes as it’s part rocky and you’d hurt your feet, the water is calm and you can snorkel with fishes, we even saw an Octopus! The Al a Carte restaurants were very nice - we booked the Chinese and the Italian, both top drawer!
Overall a disappointing stay due to the amount of money we paid, definitely did not get value for money, would not stay here again.
My family and I stayed for five nights, and by the second night, we were already dreading the rest of our stay.
Firstly, the food was very disappointing. It was the same food every single day. The dinner buffet was very average, especially considering this is a highly rated all-inclusive resort. The food was repetitive and lacked flavour. The only decent night was the Mexican-themed night.
Breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no changes or new items, so it quickly became very boring. The food at the pool bars was also the same every day. The crêpes were not nice at all, and the chicken at the bars was extremely salty. Overall, the food was not good.
In my room, the shower leaked every time I used it, causing large puddles of water outside the shower, even when I placed a towel on the floor. The pillows were also far too soft, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
Another issue was the availability of sunbeds. You have to wake up extremely early to secure one. My father had to get up at 6 a.m.; otherwise, all the sunbeds would have been taken.
The ice cream at the pool bars also costs €4.50 per item. For example, one Oreo ice cream bar was €4.50. For an all-inclusive resort, especially considering the price we paid, I don’t think guests should have to pay extra for something like this.
The slides were another disappointment. Only one slide is open at a time, which isn’t very enjoyable for children. You can end up waiting hours for each slide to open, meaning there is very little variety or excitement when it comes to using the slides.
On top of this, we also had to pay an additional fee when we arrived. For the five of us, it was around €175, which was another unexpected expense.
However, I have to say that the staff were very welcoming, positive, and kind towards us. The facilities themselves were also good, and the supermarket upstairs was very nice and had reasonable prices.
Unfortunately, despite the friendly staff and good facilities, I would not recommend staying here. For the price we paid, I expected a much better experience, and I will not be returning.
Amazing hotel, our third visit as a family. We are all adults, 4 in the family and our son’s girlfriend came this year as well. Really lovely hotel, well managed and thoughtfully planned. Visited Italian, Asian and Seaside restaurants which were all lovely, main buffet and beach bar lunches, great as always. Viktorija on the entertainment team is great at Aqua aerobics only compliant is they have moved this from the main pool to the children’s pool, which means it’s not as busy and the vibe isn’t as good, bring it back to the main pool. Also no reserving of sun loungers used to be before 9am it’s now 7am, maybe 8am would have been a better time. I should think we will be visiting again in the future.
We are now on our third day here, and unfortunately, the experience has not lived up to our expectations.
Compared with other all-inclusive destinations we have visited, especially resorts in Antalya and elsewhere in Turkey, this resort is not really comparable. The food selection is quite limited, with very little choice on display less generosity on portions
The snack bar mainly offers pancakes and toast, and the drinks served at the pool bars are not particularly enjoyable.
Snack bars are open for few hours only,!
There are also several things we found disappointing for an all-inclusive resort. Cocktails and ice cream come at an extra cost, bottled water is not readily available around the pool, and there is no poolside drink service. The number of sunbeds is also limited, and guests seem to have to get up very early to reserve one, if they are lucky enough to find one.
Overall, we were disappointed and would not return. If you have previously stayed at all-inclusive resorts in Turkey and expect a similar level of food, hospitality, service and attention to guests, you may find this experience very different.
To be fair and honest: the staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean, but be aware that the toilet and shower lack locks for privacy if you share with someone. The design places the sink, bathroom, and shower in an open space, with only a glass door separating them.
For the price, we feel there are much better all-inclusive options available in Turkey.
One final point: be prepared for very long queues at the airport on arrival.
Wiktoria and kola are the best entertainers made my holiday love them so much
