This family-friendly resort is situated in the ancient town of Ialyssos, 7 km from the city of Rhodes. Rhodes International Airport is some 8 km from the accommodation. This is a stylish beachfront resort with panoramic sea views. It has 268 double rooms and 103 suites, and was fully renovated in 2008. This air-conditioned hotel has a hairdressing salon, an auditorium, a games room and a TV lounge offering something for guests to do in their spare time. Younger visitors can make use of the children's playground and kids' club. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a children's swimming area. Convenient refreshments can be found at the poolside snack bar and health enthusiasts will appreciate the gym and sauna. Various water sport activities are also available.

Arrived and it’s not what is advertised we paid a lot of money for a family and very very disappointed the food was terrible

**Very disappointing stay**
Very disappointing stay
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were very old and in need of renovation, and the staff at reception were extremely rude and unhelpful.
There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, and the elevator was very small. The restaurant was also very disappointing. We booked an all-inclusive package, but we were unable to eat at the restaurant even once during our 7-day stay.
Housekeeping was another major issue. Our room was cleaned only once during the entire 7 days, and toilet paper was not provided unless we specifically asked for it. The refrigerators in the rooms were also not working.
The games/entertainment area definitely needs renovation as well.
The only positive things were the beautiful view from the hotel and the fact that the swimming pool is close to the beach.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Bad experience, rooms , staff , food ….
Yet another year at Sunshine
This is our favorite holiday destination, have been coming here for several years now. Although the accommodation and facilities are great, the real reason we keep coming back is the amazing Billy Nabilly, who treats every person as if they are special. The entertainment he provides is really unique and enjoyed by everyone. It just wouldn't be the same without the lovely Shelley, who is so kind and helpful. You must be really proud of their input and of the excellent service you provide.
