Fotini- Was brilliant with the massage, I felt so relaxed

As others have said this isn't 5 star resort. Sunbed (lack off) is a real issue and ones in shade ridiculously low in numbers. Due to space available they are all crammed in, don't expect any space or tables for drinks etc Pool isn't big enough for numbers in resort. Everyone moved when they need space for games which makes it even more cramped. Adult pool a joke, loads of kids playing in it so not adult or quiet as advertised , no one monitors use Buffet large but ridiculous rules, can't take drink from bar in, no tables of more than 6 inside, getting a glass of wine a challenge, lots of stations but very repetitive over the week and no Aircon Despite trying on our first full day no availability in any a la carte for the whole week Two snack bars in daytime one does gyros the other pizza, can't however take food from one to another? Entertainment team work hard Room fairly small with small balcony (standard room to sleep 3) bathroom fan doesn't work Cocktails pre mixed and bar staff actively sighed when we asked for branded drinks then "forgot" and served the non branded Beach is nice more sunbed space and some tables. Beach bar serves soft drinks, coffee and beer so no cocktails, wine etc.. Lifts a joke and other than rooms like most the resort lacking any Aircon including the gym! Inside pool doesn't open until 10 so no chance of post gym swim etc A usual all inclusive offering lacking service, space and amenities to ensure the 5 star it claims to be.
